R&F Princess Cove by FUJU with Seaview at JBCC【Adjacent to Singapore+5 mins to ClQ+Free Parking】

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay at JB R&F Cove 180 Degree Seaview 1BR Unit With Balcony from 20–22 June 2026. The location is excellent—just a short walking distance from the CIQ JB custom, making it very convenient for travellers coming from Singapore. The apartment is also located right beside R&F Mall, so food, shopping, and daily necessities are easily accessible. There's even a 24-hour coffee shop right below the apartment, which came in handy for late-night snacks and early-morning coffee. The unit itself was perfect for a couple's getaway. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful sea view from the balcony. Waking up to the calming scenery and sea breeze was truly relaxing. Although the washing machine does not have a dryer function, the strong sea-facing wind allowed our clothes to dry completely overnight, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, having a 2-in-1 washer-dryer would make the stay even more convenient and save guests’ time. For those who prefer their laundry dried quickly, there is also a laundromat conveniently located right below the apartment near the 24-hour coffee shop, making it an easy alternative. The kitchen was well-equipped with a proper refrigerator featuring both chiller and freezer compartments, as well as a microwave oven, which was a big plus point for us. The living area also came with a Smart TV that supports Netflix and YouTube, making it perfect for a relaxing movie night after a day out. One possible improvement would be the addition of a water filter dispenser, as it would provide even greater convenience for guests during their stay. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. A friendly staff member personally escorted us from the check-in counter to the apartment, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. We didn't have enough time to try out the condo facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, so we're unable to comment on those. However, getting around was very convenient. We booked Grab rides to Angsana Mall for a spa massage and to X-Park for go-kart and ATV rides, and both journeys were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and offered a peaceful environment for a relaxing getaway. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended!

Pros: apartment looks very new and clean upon check in! thanks fuju team for the free room upgrade probably since the bigger room isnt booked during our stay. location is great and L8 has connecting bridge to r&f mall which is walkable to city square too (currently partially renovating). Fuju whatsapp team is always available whenever we need help or have enquiries - kudos to them! Con: Mattress is super hard like rock hard and we had to sleep on our backs. do not try to jump up in case something breaks. unfortunately side sleepers will not catch a good sleep here😪 luckily one night for us is manageable.

It was pretty clean and spacious. The views were lovely, especially early in the morning when it was not fully bright yet. Nice sea views 👍 Got a free upgrade to two rooms maybe bc it wasn't a peak season, so my friend and I slept separately. Friendly staff on Whatsapp and the security guards at the premise. Everyone will guide you on how to check in and out somehow. Pretty reliable and assuring. Turning on and off the AC can be a lil tricky even when we read the instructions. But we still managed to sleep comfortably at night and mine was pretty strong. The bed and pillows were really comfortable! The biggest con about the location is realllllly weak wifi even if you have your own roaming data. The driver who drove us there told us so and we really experienced it throughout the stay. It was only strong when you're inside the house with its own modem. Once you leave the unit, you basically get an unstable connection.

I really satisfied this room that is so quiet and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided completely and kept neat and well organized. I really like it.
