Location is superb to me. But it’s an old hotel , the bathroom has stains on it which made my friend and I not want to step on it. The bed is reasonable to sleep on. Toilet can’t be flushed properly and there are stains around the rooms.

Dirty, spoil, always faulty here faulty there faulty everywhere but for the price as it is the nearest 4 star hotel to be found near by custom i think this is good enough for me.

Very good hotel, superb huge, clean and spacious room to sold out for many people which doesn't really picky about check out time. Love this place so beautiful.

Swift check-in process
Hazwani/Diana attended to me and present the key card.
Room has no fridge. Only x1 plug/socket to charge my electronic device.
Do bring your own power bank for hp to be recharged.
No complimentary mineral bottles.
Jaya Grocer is just opposite via RF mall, went there to buy, wide choices available in store.
Toothbrush and toilet amenities provided. Washroom very spacious and clean.
Had breakfast at RF mall since there's quite few new food stalls : Chicken Rice Xpress / Pizza/ All things Fried
Loveeeee the location as it's nice to be away from the crazy chaos of human traffic at JBCC/KOMTAR
Had my 40th Bday feast at Todak Seafood Restaurant 😋 Highly recommend !

It is worth having this spacious room at this price. The cleanliness of the room is acceptable. However, there is no free power socket near the bed and also the table area, and the only available socket is for the kettle, which is a bit distant from the bed. I had to buy a extension cord so I could use my laptop and also charge my devices at the same time.

Firstly, the hotel is extremely not clean and very dusty. You can clearly see there is dust on the lamp
The pillow is super flimsy and not comfortable to sleep. When I call and ask for exchange, the officer said need to charge rm15 per each. For the entire trip cannot sleep well because of the pillow.
Bath towel has been used long time and never change new towel. (Stingy)
Room assigned is spacious but very old building. very noisy until we cannot sleep peacefully due to the RTS Construction is on going. Throughout my trip I can’t even rest peacefully.
Toilet water pipe loose and spoiled. Basin is choked. No maintenance at all.
Location is also not really good. You have to walk about 10mins from bridge to city square with such hot weather
Overall, is NOT RECOMMENDED and NEVER EVER stay again! You will regret of it.
