The breakfast is awesome !!!!!!! Spent 1 and half hour (8:30-10am) to taste all their food, my next meal was around 2pm

We reached early but the room wasn’t ready. Left our luggages at the concierge and off to the mid valley shopping mall. Received a message from the hotel about the room is ready. Checked in and the room was superb warm. Turned the aircon to 16 degree Celsius and it took longest time to cool down or it was temperature room even is at 16 degree. Called the Housekeeping to request for tissue paper but no answer and have to call front desk. Went for shower and is out of shower gel, called housekeeping no answer but front desk assist. After all, is nice hotel but the housekeeping is poorly.

The shower was not hot and shower screen far too short, it makes water splashes around on floor easily. The toilet flush was broken, room hasn't been house keeping at 8pm despite we put a ready sign on. Front desk without greeting or smile. Not going back for sure. Room is old and in poor maintenance conditions.

Very value for money. The location, the service & the cleanliness of the room are great attributes. There was welcome drink too. The breakfast has excellent spread and my family enjoyed it so much.

Room is pretty clean. Towel a little dirty. Water heater not functioning. Only has rainshower. Check-in only from 3pm, no flexibility of checking in earlier even if room is available. So if you plan to book here do only arrive near 3pm.

Went to stay at opero for my fianceé's birthday and it was lovely. However, the phone was not great as the receiving end had some issues as well as the hotel doors were too difficult to close.

Good hotel, got a view of the swimming pool. Pool could have a rinse off shower for users to rinse off. Breakfast buffet was great, food amazing. Friendly staff and helpful. Great location. Will come back

Opero truly exceeded our expectations! We made a last-minute booking over a long weekend, and everything turned out great. Breakfast spread was great, room is clean with great water pressure and heater. Even though we only secured a superior room, it didn't feel cramped at all - thanks to the unblocked view, which made the space feel more open. Will surely come back again!

Nice pool, chill vibes. Really convenient to Southkey mid valley but the hotel feels small and cramp, with a packed lobby for check-in.

Very smooth check-in process. Initially, I expected a 200 MYR deposit as stated in the trip information, but it seems that policy is outdated — no deposit was required. We were also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room matched the description and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. There were minor issues like some hard water stains in the shower area, but nothing that affected the stay. I want to clarify a concern I saw in earlier reviews about low water pressure: I found the shower pressure perfectly normal and comparable to most hotels. The only minor inconvenience was that the hot water took a little while to come on, but it wasn’t a major issue. I did not opt for the breakfast as it was slightly pricey, and there are plenty of affordable food delivery options available. A highlight was the Samsung TV in the room, which made screen mirroring easy — though note that apps like YouTube and Netflix aren't pre-installed. Another great feature is the complimentary transport service to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey — but note that it runs only until 9 PM. Otherwise, getting to the mall by ride-hailing services is affordable, and the location is very convenient, especially for travelers coming from CIQ. Overall, this hotel is an excellent alternative to St. Giles Southkey. Given the lower room rates, I see little reason to choose St. Giles unless you highly value being steps away from the mall and having a free breakfast (which I personally find subpar) at a higher price.

Only feedback is aircond not functioning well. Other than that, everything is good especially the location.

Great location but didn't manage to use shuttlea as only starts from 12pm. Quite walkable to Mid Valley

The room is clean as advertised in the trip website .book through trip which is easier and fast as recommended . Highly recommend. There is small bar for drinking at ground floor. Fast check in and check out process. The receptionist attend you very fast, no long waiting which is really excellent service . Good hotel
