Located directly above Mid-Valley Southkey, the hotel’s location is unparalleled when it comes to accessibility to a plethora of shopping and dining options. Room was comfortable and spacious though toilet was on the squeezy side. Filtered water is also available on every floor, albeit not found within the room. Kudos to the guest relations team for the simple birthday celebration set-up. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast though. Don’t bother paying extra for it considering there are a lot more better paid options just below the hotel.

Location is favourable, as there is a big mall.
However, aircon wasn’t great- not cold.
Toliet can be better, can see stains on the sink table.

Good location, u may shop till drop since MidValley Shopping Mall is just at your doorstep.
Front desk service was not at par as they are not friendly nor sincere. They are performing their duties like robotic.
The Q for morning breakfast was too long. We need to q for more than 20mins to be seated. The speed to replenish the servings were too slow, supply was not sufficient to meet high demand.

Nice hotel, been booking this hotel for numerous time. Good for families, couples, friends short getaway with nice shopping, restaurants and cinema just below the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Giles! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — with easy access to the mall and plenty of popular spots nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for a convenient and fuss-free experience!

Overall it was a nice place to stay with many shops and restaurants within the vinicity. A simple decoration and a slice of cake for my wedding anniversary celebration. I am a bit disappointed with the breakfast at level 6 as not many vegetarian friendly choices to choose from for both of us.

Great experience in St Giles Hotel. Direct access to Mid Valley Southkey Mall with a great variety of shops and restaurants to dine in.
We booked Urban King room. The room itself is huge but the bed feels small, does not feel like a King size.
Regardless, the stay was great.
They provided a common water dispenser at the corridor, so that's great. Breakfast was so so, but good spread; from local, dim sum, salad, western and omelette station.
We registered earlier and store our luggage but checked in can only be from 3pm onwards. Good to register early so that to avoid the check in queue at 3pm.
It was easy to go anywhere since getting a Grab is quick. We had fun and great stay at St Giles.

Had an enjoyable weekend stay with my son. Checked in by a friendly staff Sarah. She has given me what I have requested upon booking. My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Room is clean and complete with all amenities. Breakfast spread at Causeway cafe is great too. Spoilt for choices on what to eat! Staff is also very attentive and fast in clearing used plates. Overall experience is super awesome!
