St. Giles Southkey

Damaged table lamp was not removed from the study table which may cause a hazard to kids. Delayed in preparation of the room to hand over the keys.

Great location and very convenient. Room is spacious and comfortable. Wide spread of variety for buffet breakfast.Will choose this hotel again.

Not bad, its very spacious the room. Maybe can like see can have complimentary cake in the fridge cause it’s my birthday that day. Would be nice to have :) The hotel and mall are linked, very accessible. Perhaps the shampoo and conditioner especially conditioner can be better cause it makes my hair dry after using but overall is ok. Good that there are many lights switch buttons as well

The overall stay is acceptable, but during the stay all five of the lift only 3 of it are function, and three of of it even have some malfunction, it stop for every floor and it have 28 floors. People are piling up and all the front desk is not answering the call. It took at least 15-20mins to wait and another 5-10 mins to get down from 22nd floor. A big disappointment.

location is unbeatable, service is not too bad. always a top choice for our family’s JB stays.

Lovely location with direct access to mall. Busy period during breakfast hours due to holidays so it seems like hotel’s short staff as trays of food go out empty fast, same goes for the coffee cups and glasses next to drinks. Beds are comfy and hotel was really accommodating to help us arrange connecting rooms. Thank you!

We arrived at 3pm then proceed to check-in take us 45min ….. end up room not ready yet, then we plan to leave our luggage to hotel and go shopping at Midvalley but we have to line up again for 45min just to pass the luggage 😡😡 So, the whole process checkin, leave luggage to hotel ….5 pm we only get the key and walk in the room😮💨. Although we waited 2hr for checkin but I have to give thumbs up for the reception worker👍🏻, they are very polite , patient to explain the whole situation . I hope management will look in to this situation and don’t blame for holidays …many visitors … all these nonsense excuses

Great location. Good size room. Comfortable stay. Check in process can be improved on crowded days. If you expect a full house then arrange for signage or staff to assist and direct the queue.

Excellent location, very nice place to stay for staycation for couple and family. Big and cozy room. Just little messy during long weekend
