I just returned from this place. Going to Marbella JUAN DOLÓ IS A NIGHTMARE. The security employees do not give anyone any REST. You cannot play music around the pool, EVEN AMBIENT with volume only for one. You literally can't do ANYTHING BUT be inside. The BIGGEST straw was that an employee named YOVANI SANTANA (according to the supervisor) very rudely demanded that my daughter cover herself because the swimsuit she was wearing was not allowed. A swimsuit THAT IS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE (thong) offended her, he was rude to her, he treated her as if she were another man. He was DESPOT, arrogant, petulant. HE THREATENED US TO CALL THE OWNERS OF THE THREE (3) apartments in which we were PAYING - because IT WAS NOT FREE - so that they would remove us. It made her feel very bad. IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The stay became a constant harassment by the employees of anything that one could think of enjoying at the edge of the pool other than being immobile in the water. Security CONSTANTLY banning guests from things. The HORRIBLE beach, full of stones. The pool area restaurant is disgusting, NOT OPEN, just drinks and some. Not to mention the awning itself is deplorable. Full of hanging wires and cables. SOME FANS in the DIRTY area. The pool with loose submerged lights (A REAL DANGER) Marbella wants to PRETEND to have quality but the service is deplorable. The reception area too. Of the two elevators in Tower 4, only one works. They DO NOT accept pets and IT IS FULL OF Cats that are constantly meowing for food. I suggest that before deciding to go to this place do a search and exhaust all efforts to look for something better than this. El que quiera sentirse como en su casa venga a este hotel, un servicio excelente, la comida muy buena y El servicio de bartender de muy buena calidad, la habitacion genial y muy limpia y comfortable, excelentes las piscina y los chicos de animation muy buena carisma las chicas del mini clud me gusto mucho la Fiesta de helado y la mini disco buenos son muy buenas Evelyn sairoby y jenifer y de animation graciela....you

Ha sido la mejor y mas grata experiencia que en mi vida he tenido. La atencion de todos en conjunto fue un espectaculo, los felicito , de ahora en adelante todoo absolutamente todo lo necesito hacer a traves de Xeliter Marbella. Gracias por todo. Las atenciones de joel, wilson, luis caceres, de todos y cada uno. Me dejaron sin palabras
