Excelente hotel da rede Íbis! Fiquei surpresa com a qualidade do atendimento de todos ! Desde o check in até o check out ! Limpeza impecável , excelente café da manhã, quarto com boas camas, silencioso , boa qualidade de toalhas e ducha! Conheço vários da rede e este hotel é o melhor que já fiquei pela rede Accor. Certamente retornarei !!

As soon as I arrived, the boy who attended me did not seem to have a good day, not criticizing him pq I know how tiresome it is to attend people, but it was not very pleasant first. The air conditioning is not very strong, even a little noisy, but it refreshs enough. I woke up in the middle of the morning with another room making quite noise, the bathrooms seem to have some connection, as I could even hear the music of the other room. The place is pleasant and comfortable, surely would come back :)

Unlike my last experience in Atibaia in a hotel with horrible timetables and flexibility of check-in and check-out, this hotel in Jundiaí was of unfair kindness. They released the room two hours before and, without any request, they told me that I would have one hour more to check out. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! I would like to thank in particular the official Thiago, super available from the first telephone contact to our exit.

The reception staff and breakfast are good, but the cleaning service is very bad. I arrived around 6:00 in a bike trip, I was tired and I went to the room, in the halls of the rooms, next to the doors (oK), there were panels with dishes on the floor with food residues, the next day I went out at 12:00 and everything was still there. The shirts: the top and bottom shirts were all sticked as though they were used, a face towel in the bathroom was all screwed, I thought it was the floor cover, the smell of the horrible room, looked as dirty and with cleaning products. One thing, it disturbed me completely and the next day I went to another hotel. I didn't just go the same day because I didn't know the region and I was tired. Ah another thing, the carpets of the corridors are dirty too ...

Quality Hotel Jundiai, it's part of our house. Whenever we go to Jundií and where we host, always clean, carefully careful, sympathetic and requesting staff, good breakfast and for us is a great location, easy access to the road, the city centre and is next to a Carrefour and despite It is super silent to be practically the road margin. We recommend it!!

I made a reservation at the hotel, reservation no. 624583, with check in day 15 and check out day 16. I booked by the phone and the attendant got a extra bed, as I would stay with my wife and two more children aged 8 and 2 years. When I arrived at room 33, I wasn't completely clean, there was powder and two traces in the bathroom, but I didn't say anything, because things happen. We left the hotel around 18.30 and we returned around midnight. We got to the second floor park and the lift was off, and we had to go up with the 2-year-old baby on the neck by the stairs. The receptionist said it was for security reasons and that we should have warned when we entered the parking lot and that this information should have been checked in when we checked in. Then we went to the room and the door opening card did not work. I went down the ground, the receptionist made a new record and nothing. I went to the ground again, made a new record and nothing. I went down again and now the receptionist went up with me and noticed that the lock was not lighting, it was not a problem with the card, but with the lock, the receptionist acted on some people, who passed some procedures, but nothing. They tried to open the master key and nothing, they tried to open with a device and nothing, the receptionist tried to call the manager at the hotel, but his cell phone was off. He heard the message ”This cell phone is out of area”. The receptionist went to the manager's room, but the manager didn't take care of the door. What is the function of a manager who is absent when it needs, isn't it? The receptionist then wanted to change our room, but my younger son wears a dressing and all our things were closed inside the room. But there was no room available with extra bed. After more than an hour of several frustrated attempts, remembering that I was with two children, the manager with the biggest face of the paw appears ”hey, are you the guests of the 33?” Every smile, And she said, ”Oh, it must be the pile that she has downloaded, and I will take the key and exchange it, and when I am questioned whether this simple pile exchange procedure should not be passed back to the staff, She said, ”No, it is true that the manager is indeed indeed that guests are out of his room, tired with two children, while the manager who should be ready was sleeping; that is, when I asked her where she was, She said, I was sleeping, so far, no problem, but I should leave the cell phone connected and not off, so that it would not be disturbed. We passed through a total disrespect never seen before, I would like to say that the Commission has not been able to take the decisions of the Commission and the Council, but I would like to say that the Commission has not been able to take the decisions of the Commission.
