Reviews of Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Melbourne

For the third night of our stay at the America's Best Value Inn and Suites Melbourne, we were unfortunately assigned a room with a very unpleasant odor. This was of course not ideal, but the staff responded quickly and professionally when we reported it. We immediately received their apologies and were moved to another room without any problems, which was completely fine. This quick and neat solution ensured that this minor inconvenience did not further affect our stay. Furthermore, the stay was again pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff remained extremely friendly and attentive, as we had experienced before. The presence of raccoons around the motel was also a nice extra this night, which gave the stay something unique. All in all, this stay was again well resolved and as expected, despite the temporary inconvenience with the odor. The motel offers an excellent price-quality ratio with excellent service.
