Jurien Beachfront Holiday Units

Great location and the units had everything we needed. They are extremely basic and in need of updating but comfortable and good value for money. Super for families as the kids were happy to stay and play. Grassed area and washing line were an added bonus.

The property was great. However i had to clean the stove and microwave beforehand. No power ponts in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a great stay. Also dust and cobwebs were around the property.

Unfortunately the only thing fit for this property is demolition. The shower water took 10 minutes to drain hence you stood in your dirty water to shower. The property was so run down with old filthy furniture. The photos on the website were obviously taken a long time ago. We only stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 we paid for as we were so uncomfortable and would really appreciate our money back. Please don’t waste your money staying here believe me you will regret it..

We went to this holiday accommodation in January 2022. We stayed for a maximum of 1 hour, as the place was absolutely filthy and we had three small toddlers in tow and couldn’t bare the thought of staying. Since then, I have tried endlessly to get a refund which was promised to me by management at the time. Nobody offered to come and clean the place. When I advised that it was filthy and that we were leaving, I was met with deep apologies and the promise of a refund. The owner has categorically blocked this refund for the past 18 months. I reported this to the local health inspector and even they found issues like I did. Still no refund from the owners. Due to ill health, I have been unable to escalate this to the Magistrates Court, however, I will in due course, as this owner will not keep my $600 odd for a property which was filthy and which we stayed in for less than 1 hour. Out of principle and what is right, I will continue to attempt to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, units needs a good scrub clean. And updating.

The bathroom and sink area needs a desperate renovation. The shower leaked the entire time what a waste of water. All the taps need to be replaced. We paid over $200 per night we had no idea the condition of the place. My husband and I have back problems now because the bed sank in the middle.

Property is within walking distance to the bay , property was well equipped however the property needs updating! Cleanliness of the property very poor bed sheets had strains on , one of the beds had strands of hair in it. Previous customers toiletries left in shower and bedroom draws! Seating areas inside fallen apart been Band-Aid with a piece of wood cushions all need replacing, torn ,dirty you might as well sit on the floor. I think the owners need to listen to customer reviews and it’s time to replace the lounges!

Great location. Bathroom & toilet had underlying urine smell that we couldnt get rid of...

Loved the location and the customer service! The grill unfortunately didn't work as the button to light it was broken, had to purchase a lighter to try and cook. Fairly clean and not bad for the price.
