Hoshino Hotels always guarantees, So I chose "boundary". When booking, it is written online that there is a pick-up and drop-off service. So order with confidence, Unfortunately, when I checked at the station that day, I learned that the hotel did not have a pick-up service and that I had to take the bus there by myself, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel hot spring is relatively small, and it is a bit crowded with 3-4 people outside! The dinner service in the restaurant is average, the taste is okay, and the waiting time is long! Breakfast was average, not much surprise!

If you like hot springs, this should be a good choice. The hotel is good in all aspects, the service is very good, and the hotel hardware is also good. The hotel has its own hot springs. There is a Meiji-era hot spring outside the door that seems to be quite good. It is free for hotel guests. Yes, the price includes breakfast and dinner. The quality is very good. After staying for two days, I felt that I was full after the second meal. If you don’t like hot springs, it is suitable to experience a Japanese-style hotel. We don’t like hot springs. After staying for two nights, I felt like I had nothing to do 😂 😂 😂

Check in is horrifying took 50mins and whole bunch of headless chicken receptionist to do simple check in. It’s the most unorganized hotel ever

The quality of the hot spring water, the comfort of the bed, the coziness of the room and veranda, the range of services provided, the staff's response, the decor of the facility, and the events – everything was top-notch. It's the perfect getaway for a couple! We definitely want to stay at Hoshino Resort again!

The location of the hotel is not very good surrounded by high rise buildings. Not very charming. The hotel and the rooms are very old, the view of our room was on the parking lot and we have booked private onsen in our room but it’s very different from what we have seen in the hotel website. Very small tab with no view and not surrounded by nature. The food is average no western breakfast and the hotel is very inflexible about the dinner and breakfast time (breakfast at 7:30 )

Such a beautiful boutique hotel and great experience. You truly feel pampered when there. We loved that it had a boutique feeling. -Breakfasts were delicious and beautiful. Hot spring experience was spectacular.

A hotel that lacks any sense of hospitality, with staff that misrepresent the Kintsugi experience, lie, and can't respond to anything other than what's in the manual.・For some reason, advance reservations cannot be made for the Kintsugi experience that appears at the beginning of the homepage, and since it is a first-come, first-served basis, even if you arrive just before 3:00 p.m., the check-in time, you will not be able to make reservations because the capacity has been reached. I had high hopes that I might be able to open up a slot, but that didn't work out. The guest capacity is thought to be over 100 people, but the capacity for the Kintsugi experience is only 6 people, which is nearly impossible, so the website should be stopped. As a result, I checked in after leaving an important trip date, but there was nothing to do.・The time for the Kaga Lion Dance, which is also shown at the beginning of the homepage, is 15 minutes starting at 9:45 p.m. Our dinner time was from 7:30 pm as specified by the hotel, but we finished at 10:00 pm and couldn't see the result. Should I have told the staff on the way to leave?・During dinner, I received an apology from the male staff member who served me in the second half for the inconvenience of the Kintsugi experience, and offered me a mouthful of juice as a dessert to end the dinner, and asked me to serve him again at breakfast the next day. Despite my compliments, there was nothing at breakfast. As part of the manual, we asked the staff to take commemorative photos during mealtimes and check-out times, but what kind of souvenir will we take from the above experience? Is it a memorial that was thrown away in the drain after spending over 100,000 yen? I can ask people to take photos, but I can't even help people carry their luggage to the car even when it's snowing. Even though I had half of the shiso juice I had ordered for the first glass of dinner left by the end, I was beyond shocked at the lack of consideration when they offered me another glass of shiso juice as an apology, causing me to laugh. As Hoshinoya Fuji was good, I was shocked by the lack of service. I was thinking of going to Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya and Hoshinoya Karuizawa, but decided against it. thank you very much.

I used Kai with my family of 3, but I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality of the staff from the time I met them, and the surprise birthday of my daughter at dinner! I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. I would like to work hard so that I can go around all the Hoshino Resorts worlds in Japan. The special kaiseki, hot springs and lion dance were also amazing! thank you. Please take care of yourself, everyone.

I like Yamanaka Onsen and used to go there often, but I learned that Yamashiro Onsen has a world, so I decided to go there this time. Yamanaka is a rather calm place, whereas Yamashiro Onsen used to be a hot spring resort mainly for large banquets and had many large accommodation facilities, but it seems that Yamashiro was a hot spring facility that people quit when large corporate banquets stopped. . I was very happy that the front building of Kai Kaga, which is a tangible cultural property, sends out visits to hot springs. There are many young staff members, but they are very smiling and hospitable. It was fun to feel like they were trying their best to respond. The power of the lion dance, which is a first for local music, will surprise and move you! I think my partner was scared lol. The outside temperature was high, but the bath and indoor bath were a little lukewarm and the air conditioner was on so I took my time in the bath. The dinner was delicious, and I appreciate the hospitality of Hoshino Resorts and the thoughtfulness of the staff in dealing with my partner's dislike of ingredients. I was able to deal with it this time, but I was happy because I had given up. My husband and I have grown to love the world more and more.Thank you for helping us have a great trip.
