I had high hopes that I might be able to open up a slot, but that didn't work out. The guest capacity is thought to be over 100 people, but the capacity for the Kintsugi experience is only 6 people, which is nearly impossible, so the website should be stopped. As a result, I checked in after leaving an important trip date, but there was nothing to do.・The time for the Kaga Lion Dance, which is also shown at the beginning of the homepage, is 15 minutes starting at 9:45 p.m. Our dinner time was from 7:30 pm as specified by the hotel, but we finished at 10:00 pm and couldn't see the result. Should I have told the staff on the way to leave?・During dinner, I received an apology from the male staff member who served me in the second half for the inconvenience of the Kintsugi experience, and offered me a mouthful of juice as a dessert to end the dinner, and asked me to serve him again at breakfast the next day. Despite my compliments, there was nothing at breakfast. As part of the manual, we asked the staff to take commemorative photos during mealtimes and check-out times, but what kind of souvenir will we take from the above experience? Is it a memorial that was thrown away in the drain after spending over 100,000 yen? I can ask people to take photos, but I can't even help people carry their luggage to the car even when it's snowing. Even though I had half of the shiso juice I had ordered for the first glass of dinner left by the end, I was beyond shocked at the lack of consideration when they offered me another glass of shiso juice as an apology, causing me to laugh. As Hoshinoya Fuji was good, I was shocked by the lack of service. I was thinking of going to Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya and Hoshinoya Karuizawa, but decided against it. thank you very much.

I like Yamanaka Onsen and used to go there often, but I learned that Yamashiro Onsen has a world, so I decided to go there this time. Yamanaka is a rather calm place, whereas Yamashiro Onsen used to be a hot spring resort mainly for large banquets and had many large accommodation facilities, but it seems that Yamashiro was a hot spring facility that people quit when large corporate banquets stopped. . I was very happy that the front building of Kai Kaga, which is a tangible cultural property, sends out visits to hot springs. There are many young staff members, but they are very smiling and hospitable. It was fun to feel like they were trying their best to respond. The power of the lion dance, which is a first for local music, will surprise and move you! I think my partner was scared lol. The outside temperature was high, but the bath and indoor bath were a little lukewarm and the air conditioner was on so I took my time in the bath. The dinner was delicious, and I appreciate the hospitality of Hoshino Resorts and the thoughtfulness of the staff in dealing with my partner's dislike of ingredients.
