The rooms are spacious, the service is great, the meals are great value, and the hot springs are great. There is a shuttle bus at the JR station, which is very convenient. Because the flight to Komatsu was cancelled, we flew to Nagoya instead. We rushed all the way to Kaga Onsen Station, just in time to catch the last shuttle bus. We arrived at the hotel smoothly, soaked in the hot springs, and had a delicious kaiseki meal.

The room attendants were very kind and polite and I was very satisfied! However, when I was leaving with my family, I heard a woman's voice in the next room, and although I couldn't make out much of it, I heard something that sounded like she was complaining about work or saying something bad about someone. I felt like I was going on a trip and it was fun, but at the end I felt uncomfortable. That's the only regret.Other than that, the food was delicious and the service was excellent, so I was very satisfied! I would like to go again someday. Thank you!(´▽｀)

I stayed on a summer vacation-only room without meals plan.When I made the reservation, I had booked a single room, but they found room and gave me a twin room for the same price.The shop is on the first floor, next to the front desk. There are a general store and two other shops with a wide selection of souvenirs. The hot spring *making experience is a lot of fun, and you can also enjoy freshly steamed hot spring manju (manju) in limited quantities from 4pm. There are three large public baths on the first and third floors, and the men's and women's baths are rotated.From Kutani no Yu check-in, the men's bath is open at midnight, and the women's bath is open from 5 a.m. to 9:30 the next morning. The Yuugen no Yudokoro on the third floor is a women's bath from check-in until midnight, and a men's bath from 5 a.m. to 9:30 the next morning. At Takimi no Yuya, both men and women can enjoy all the baths, including the women's bath from check-in until midnight, and the men's bath from 5 a.m. to 9:30 the next morning. There are many open-air baths, large baths, etc. In total, there are 18 baths. I enjoyed all 18 hot springs😊 There is also a sauna.With the plan that included a small breakfast, I was able to enjoy toast and drinks at the coffee shop on the first floor.The toast was thick, fluffy, soft, and very delicious. The staff at the hotel are also very responsive. Next time, I would like to stay with my family for dinner and breakfast and enjoy Tensho's signature cuisine.
