初めて行きました。
料金以上の内容でした！
宿、お風呂、食事全て想像以上でした。本当にまた来たいなと、家族とも話していました。
ただ夜に自動販売機の場所をスタッフの方に子供達と一緒に質問した際、片付けをしていて大変だったのかもしれませんが、目の前で完全に無視されてしまったのが少し悲しかったです。
こちらも最初の説明をちゃんと聞いてまた行かせて頂きたいと思います。
それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

施設が古いのはしょうがないけど、食事が残念だった。
従業員の方々が食事するのは良いけど、お客さんと時間をずらすなと対策された方が良いと思った。

早めにチェックインしたが、すぐ無料アルコールとおつまみのサービスを教えてもらい 庭園を見て、無料マッサージをしつつ スパークリングワインを頂きました。ビールや他のアルコールもあり嬉しい。 夕食も、アルコール 地酒も宿泊代込みで、追加料金なしで、飲み放題でした。 お酒好きには、たまらない。 夕食の料理は、バイキングで好きな料理を選べたけど、カニやエビの殻を取るのに手が汚れたから、朝食の、のっけ丼の方が良かったかも。 部屋の枕が合わなかったから、ロビー横の浴衣コーナーに置いて、自由に選ばせてくれたらありがたいのにと思った。 冬の露天風呂で、シャワーを使おうとしたけどお湯が出にくく寒いので 大浴場で使うことをお勧めします。 部屋は、バブルの頃の建物風で凝ってはいました。 頑張っている様子が伺えたから応援したい。
