Pullman Kaifeng Jianye

The room was clean and the environment was beautiful. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and both Qingming Shanghe Garden and Wansui Mountain are within walking distance. The staff were very helpful; they readily agreed to my request for a 30-minute late check-out due to my high-speed train schedule. The afternoon tea was also excellent. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Kaifeng.

Facilities: Great. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's biggest highlight is its serene environment, surrounded by greenery. Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic and provide thoughtful service. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, and there's a shuttle bus service, which is super convenient.

We got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wanshou Mountain. The east gate of the hotel faces Wanshou Mountain, and the south gate is Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The hotel even provides shuttle service, which is super convenient. In the morning, they also had baked apples and oranges.

When I took a taxi, the driver told me this was one of Kaifeng's only two five-star hotels, so my expectations were a bit high. **Amenities**: It has a gym, but no laundry room, which is a bit inconvenient. **Cleanliness**: Perhaps due to the decor, the vintage colors and dark tones make it look a bit old. **Environment**: It's located within a wetland park, offering a first-class environment. The hotel's decor is very distinctive. Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wanshou Mountain are right outside, and the hotel also provides a shuttle service, which was a key reason we chose it. **Service**: The service doesn't quite live up to what you'd expect from a five-star hotel; there's room for improvement in service quality.

The pool is fantastic, and it's very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The only downside is that getting in and out is a bit inconvenient; you always need a taxi. However, Mount Wansui is within walking distance. The environment is superb, the hotel is quite large, very safe, and outsiders cannot get in.

The hotel is located between Qingming Riverside Landscape Park and Wansuishan Park. It has a large footprint and a pleasant environment, plus parking is convenient. We visited during New Year's Day, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Wansuishan Park's entrance, from where it's about a 200-meter walk to the south gate. I believe there's also a shuttle service to another entrance of Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, which you can then walk to. One minor issue is that I booked a garden view room, but there was a large chimney right outside.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; this hotel can truly be considered the benchmark for high-end accommodation in Suqian. Excellent Location: Situated right next to Qingming Shanghe Park, within a larger park area. The lake view rooms offer a fantastic vista, and the sunsets in the evening are beautiful. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the environment is quiet, making it ideal for business relaxation and holidays. Top-notch Facilities: The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and well-maintained. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. Attentive Service: The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins, and the concierge service is proactive. Extra requests made during check-in (like asking for an additional bottle of water) were responded to quickly. Rich Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. Everything tasted delicious.
