This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right by Kaifeng Drum Tower. Step out and you're immediately immersed in the Drum Tower Night Market and Shudian Street, with an abundance of snacks and late-night eats. It's also super close to all the major attractions. Kaifeng's electric scooters are incredibly convenient for getting around – perfect for exploring without waiting! My kid absolutely loved the hotel's 'Haibi' (Haagen-Dazs, I presume?). The staff were so warm, attentive, and detailed, and the hotel's price was very reasonable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during the Qingming Festival holiday this year. Traveling to Kaifeng with my elderly parents was supposed to be quite tiring, but the service at Xindongyuan Hotel was unexpectedly excellent. The staff were warm and attentive; they helped with luggage, pushed wheelchairs, and expedited the check-in process. This saved me a lot of hassle and was a huge help. They even thoughtfully provided a nail clipper with their logo. Especially noteworthy was the house manager on the first floor, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive every day. They even patiently taught me how to make a lacquer fan, which turned out beautifully! I'm very grateful to the house manager and all the staff at Xindongyuan Hotel. For anyone planning a trip to Kaifeng, I highly recommend this hotel – it's well-located, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

The hotel environment is lovely and offers Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experiences, perfect for taking photos. What truly stood out was the service. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and even the housekeepers we encountered, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The family room was very spacious. The only minor drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, not far from the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, with numerous restaurants on the street downstairs. It offers an on-site parking lot, and the entrance is conveniently located on the main road. There's an elevator for easy access. The rooms are clean and tidy, featuring smart controls and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom and shower area are fresh and odorless. The hotel's second floor houses its own buffet restaurant, providing complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as afternoon tea. On the 6th floor, there are free children's play facilities and gym equipment. Guests receive four bags of children's snacks daily, and upon departure, children are given a gift. Coffee is also provided daily. The hotel offers high-quality disposable slippers and disposable toilet seat covers. For guests without their own car, a shuttle service to and from the station is available with a dedicated vehicle. The hotel's service is exceptional. In summary, this hotel integrates accommodation, dining, leisure, and entertainment, making it the top choice for anyone visiting Kaifeng.

This is a very comfortable hotel. However, it seems the air conditioning wasn't on in the gym and laundry room later in the day, as those areas and the hallways were quite hot. Also, some taxi drivers didn't like driving right up to the entrance, with some mentioning the Drum Tower Night Market and others citing a one-way street. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and it's a beautiful hotel.

The location is pretty good; it's convenient to take the bus to scenic spots and the city center. There's a gas station right across the street, and it has an underground parking garage 🅿️. The soundproofing isn't great, so light sleepers might be affected. I chose this place during the May Day holiday because it was easy to park and close to tourist attractions.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with modern and minimalist decor. Most importantly, it was incredibly clean; I could smell a subtle, pleasant fragrance as soon as I walked in. The bedding and bathroom were impeccable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. Plus, the prime location makes it incredible value for money.

The environment is great, the transportation is convenient, and the bedding is comfortable.

The bedding was top-notch, with soft and comfortable duvets, and the bathroom was odor-free. 3. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient to get anywhere. If you don't want to take the bus, shared electric scooters or bikes are also available nearby, which is very handy. Overall, everything from the service and cleanliness to the facilities was impeccable. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk to Drum Tower Night Market, and it's super convenient for getting to all the major attractions.
