We had a wonderful stay with our baby. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and even gave our child a small toy. The concierge helped us take our luggage directly to our room, which was a very warm gesture. It happened to be a family member's birthday during dinner, and the service staff thoughtfully brought out longevity noodles – it's the little details that truly show their excellence. The hotel's interior environment is elegant, with a serene atmosphere created by the small bridges and flowing water features. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, both Western and Chinese, and tasted great. The overall service was professional and attentive. It's a perfect place for family trips with children or a romantic getaway for couples.

The hotel is located next to Kaifeng Municipal Government, very close to Kaifeng Museum, but far from the scenic area of ​​Kaifeng Old Town. The main attractions can be reached within more than 10 kilometers. The advantage is that it is very quiet at night without the noise of the scenic area. If you are traveling by car, I recommend staying here. The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, and an underground parking lot. The only bad thing is that no one manages the problem of smoking in public places. Some people smoke in the hotel lobby, in the restaurant, and in the elevator... It's really speechless. Fortunately, the beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a non-smoking floor, otherwise we would have to move out overnight. I hope the hotel service staff can stop this kind of smoking in public places and improve the quality.
