設施衞生環境服務這些就暫且不提了，什麼價格享受什麼待遇！讓我生氣就是攜程下單頁面有使用積分升級房型，為什麼使用了積分到店後卻不給升級，並且説需要先給好評才能升級，請問下店家你這是不是掛羊頭賣狗肉，你店搞不起積分兑換房型就不要掛在上面，就你家店住一次就不會去第二次！大半夜因為這個事找攜程客服投訴，環境設施也就罷了連這個我自己使用積分都要馬虎我是不是太欺人了？

剛開始預訂的房間門反鎖不了 後面去換了一間還是反鎖不了 晚上睡覺都是提心吊膽 空調也不好

環境：酒店位於市中心，驅車步行便捷方便找的到，門頭大廳寬敞明亮，出門就是大馬路。離下司古鎮景區很近。
設施：酒店設施齊全，有電梯，房間裝修設計感年輕化，能夠觀看到街上風景，床鋪軟度適中。停車位較少，去晚了要停在馬路對面，好在沒有交警抄牌。
衞生：房間，廁所，床鋪都乾淨整潔，有綠植。
服務：前台服務還可以。
不足:房間窗户外有根下水管道，晚上能聽到沙沙的聲音。睡眠質量不好的可能有點影響睡眠。

環境差，衞生差，抽屜裏垃圾，空調管的污垢……滿屋子臭味：廁所味，黴味，下水道味，就像睡在最臟的公共廁所裏。臭字了得！

我們從湖南芷江進入貴州，凱里不是目的地，但需要休息一下住一宿，攜程上搜到這家店。還方便，缺點是沒有獨立停車場，我們的車停在酒店門口的街沿上。
