The room is arranged on the 11th floor near the elevator entrance, which is exactly the location I like. The room is very large, completely up to five-star standards, and has all the necessary equipment! The shower head in the room is very comfortable and the water pressure is very strong, which can wash away the fatigue of the day. The bedding is very comfortable, I slept till dawn! ! The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. The room attendant took the initiative to add water. The room manager Wu Chengyi was very hospitable and actively solved all the problems in all the rooms. Because I didn't understand it, the room I booked was actually a mahjong room, and the smell of smoke was too strong. For our non-smoking family, it is really impossible to fall asleep, and it is like suffering. The parked car was parked in the parking space, and when I went downstairs, I saw a construction shelf, and the shelf was only one finger away from my car. If the car was pulled over, would we, as tourists, make a mess? There are not many varieties of breakfast, few fried dishes, small cakes are not bad, and the rest can eat bowl noodles. There is one thing to say: the service of the beauty at the front desk is very good. Regarding the smell of smoke in the room, I first asked someone to remove the mahjong table, and then made it smoke-free. The next day, the front desk contacted the handsome manager and changed the room again! The service is really nothing to say, all the ratings are for the service at the front desk. It is convenient to eat and shop around. Easy parking.

The assistant manager in the front lobby even poured me a glass of lemonade when I checked in. After checking in, he personally took us to the room and introduced us to the local food and surrounding attractions.

The hotel's panoramic windows are very comfortable, and the steam eye mask in the room is very comfortable for sleeping at night. I was a little late for breakfast the next day, and the waiter even made a special one for me, which is so thoughtful.

When I checked into the hotel that night, the manager on duty gave me milk as a gift. The room was quite clean. Not to mention that in summer, the room also specially prepared 4 bottles of free mineral water. Many chargers are free, which is really worth the money! ! The most important thing is that the food and snacks in Kaili are invincible~ The location of the hotel is very good, very clean~ I recommend the snacks on Zhongbo Pedestrian Street, Yongge barbecue, Mrs. Zhong's sugar water shop!
