首先，前台態度非常惡劣，跟他要瓶水，直接就是不給，説啥也不給，其次，酒店環境很差，毛巾浴巾不知道用了多少年了，裝修老化，很臟，床上還有不知名塑料，而且酒店門頭驢脣不對馬嘴，明明是希爾曼酒店，店名卻是致家快捷酒店，害我冒着大雨找了半天，酒店內部通道錯綜複雜，進入出來要繞一圈的找不到路，體驗感極差

2月14日凌晨入住，要説該酒店根本不象酒店，還很奇葩，找房間猶如闖迷宮，前台説房間電視衹能用客人自己的手機看？衞生間漏水、牆紙脱落、衣架就是二根鐵絲，所有硬件絕對是垃圾級別，除了電燈開關之外，沒有任何軟件可言。一家標準的垃圾級別的旅館！

沒窗的房間很糟，房間黴點很多，空氣濁，關健衞生間小強2個亂竄，最後貼錢換成了有窗的，空氣好了設施有些糟，電吹風壞的，電水壺沒有，問了前台也浮敷説沒有，就是不給你，衹能在前台倒點水，洗澡噴頭架子也壞的，必須手拿噴頭洗，有蚊子，網絡也是壞的，問服務員説是現在升級。一般我不會這麼評價，怕影響別人生意，但是這太過份，老闆都不用心，正常設施維護也要吧，這麼多壞的沒的就不修！這麼多蟑螂房間消殺工作最基本總要吧。還有他和致家是一家，大家去開房就去前面致家，我跑到希爾曼沒人打電話叫我去前面致家開，不要多跑路了。早上7點退房前台人都沒一個！#房間設施

前台服務態度極差，還和顧客吵架，弄得好像她是顧客一樣。房間裏面還有蜘蛛網，蜘蛛到處亂爬，晚上睡覺還被蜘蛛咬醒了房間還沒有網，房間到處破舊。出門旅遊130+的旅店居然是這樣，前台還説我們是90的特價酒店，還説我們要求太多。要是能打分給0分，我願意直接給0分，有史以來住過最差的酒店
