Subject: Complaint Regarding Room Condition and Cleanliness – Room 350 (Family Room)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the condition of the room assigned to me during my stay.
Upon entering the room, there was a very unpleasant smell caused by four old bottles of water that had been left inside the refrigerator by the previous guest and had gone bad, indicating that the room was not properly cleaned prior to check-in. In addition, the refrigerator had visible mold stains.
Furthermore, I had to contact housekeeping twice before the room was cleaned and the smell was addressed. Additionally, the minibar/refrigerator was not functioning at all and was not cold, and I had to request for it to be replaced with a new unit.
All of these issues disrupted our stay and caused significant inconvenience, resulting in a very unpleasant and poor experience, especially as this was a family room.
I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate corrective actions be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
