If you have event at BACC, this hotel will be the greatest choice. You have only go by walk. I just want to drop comment about the iron & board. I think it was too old and need to change new. Thank you.

Excellent for my son's graduation ceremony at Bangi Avenue Convention center. Within walking distance. Very clean room. Parking is free, but a bit far away in the multilevel carpark.

This hotel relatively wonderful and great. Near to attraction and groceries. A lot of eatery places here to be selected.

Great room. Spacious. The only thing lack is we have to request if we need toothbrush. I donno the reason why, as this is the first time i encounter a hotel without toothbrush in room. But they provide other things like shampoo, shower gel even a shower cap. When i asked the front desk they replied it was upon request. No harm as other services was great. Will come back again.

Overall, I had a great experience; staff was helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful & big. Great location for food & Grab. I will definitely stay here when I come back!

The only thing that I like in the room, there are 2 queen beds. Others are average, the toilet is not too clean, and the same goes to the floor in the bedroom. There is no toothbrush prepared.

Hotel is nice and cleane but water drain slow during bathing. Hanger provide only 1pc. Not enough for 4 person stay.

Day 1, 1.1 poor hot water system, not even warm. 1.2 no bath mat, rock glass in the toilet is heavily stained, air ventilator full of dust. 1.3 water flow system at the shower area flows out very slowly and even becomes a small pond inside till it flows out. Day 2, 2.1 woke up by porcelain contact sound at 5:50am. 2.2 no amenities were replenished, have to call to request. 2.3 all the mug didn't wash. 2.4 managed to get a pail to boil water to get a hot shower, but today the hot water system was slightly ok. 2.5 water out flower issues still didn't solve. 2.6 today the bath mat is back 2.7 wakes up by a heavy frying smell from the ground floor, unless someone is cooking in front of the room or my neighbor. Day 3 3.1 check with the front desk regarding the hot water issue, the answer given was "our hot water system depends on the solar system". What a surprise answer. No wonder early morning and night time the water is cold because there is no sun. 3.2 bath mat and drinking water went missing. 3.3 hot water down again. Regards, Room 103

Listen to their feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Near to Bangi waterpark. Parking have to pay Rm3 for debit card user and free for T&G user but have to validate at counter first. Have to parking at another building and have to walk to hotel.

We have booked this hotel secound times for business trip. Hotel is cleaness and comfortable to business connect.
