First of all, I would like to give my compliment to trip.com. Actually I have accidentally clicked cancel booking and immediately chat with the help desk. The help desk agent help me to communicate with the hotel and they said will keep the booking. Then when I reached the hotel, the front desk staff told me my booking was cancel. Even though I show the email from trip.com that my booking was kept but the staff still insist that my booking was cancel and told me not to worry because I can get my fully refund. II was panic and it was too late to book other hotel and my family member were tired waiting to check in at the lobby. The staff told me to book a room on the spot and re confirm me I can get my refund. Then I tried to call and search the help line from trip.com apps. Luckily, the trip.com customer service was excellent, they all willing to help. And finally today I was told that I will get fully refund and they will give me free coins as a reward for trouble me! Thanks lot Trip.com, I am really recommend to use trip.com apps for booking flight and hotel. Thanks again for settle down my problem as fast as they could. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Location - its not near any major areas in KL. But good if you need to be around Kajang/Bangi Service - Counter Staff is friendly Cleanliness - some bathrooms are cleaner. The bathroom i got this time is a little bit mouldy on some spots. Room floor is clean, except for the corners and under the bed, they are considerably dusty. But overall acceptable cleanliness. Amenities - no extra amenities. No hairdryer - bring your own if you need one. Must bring earplugs- any rooms with windows will be able to hear the traffic very loudly.

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

1. The hotel owner made zero efforts to soundproof the rooms. Most common noise are the Downstairs mamas. If that isn't bad enough, you get to hear neighbors from other hotel guests too. Don't stay here. You won't get a peaceful sleep. noises 2. The hotel owner Don’t provides Body soap liquid& Shampoo or conditions. You don't get shampoo and body wash gels which are reserved for the more expensive rooms. A stupid and *****ic decision from amateur hotel owners right there. Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall.

Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really can’t finish it, very speechless.

First of all the receptionist was friendly. Room is OK. Interior is great. But you can hardly sleep at night as the sound proof system is too bad especially for rooms located in the centre of the floor. You can clearly hear the sound of water pump, sound of TV, sound of people chatting from other rooms while you are in your own room. Bed is dusty and mattress is not up to standard, low sleep quality. Even though this is a budget hotel but some other hotels like 'best view' in the city with similar price has far better mattress. This mattress is certainly worse than the rest. False fire alarm in the morning. No mirror in the room, so if you wish to make up you gotta proceed to the washroom. It is suggested for the hotel to place a foldable luggage rack or something as there is no table top or space to place luggage at all. Need to place everything on the floor. The price with this standard can hardly compete with other hotels with similar price range. Takes about 50mins to reach KLIA by driving.

Hotel have been renovated with new layout and managment. The rooms is great and very comfortable bed. Hot shower is function and the tv channel is okay. The price paid is with breakfast and surely very affordable for us. Recommended to everyone especially family because rooms is big.
