The hotel upgraded our room halfway up the mountain. The environment is better, the view is better, and there is a parking lot. Great

호텔 뷰는 좋은곳에 위치해 있는데,시설이 너무 낡았습니다.체크인할 때 카운터직원이 하품을 하는 경솔함도 보여 기분이 몹시 불쾌했습니다.

I didn’t stay here but I paid 15€ to use their pool and had a fabulous time. The pool is well maintained and equipped with not only lounging chairs and bean bag chairs and umbrellas, but also two pavilions each with a dining table and chairs, as well as a small church—yes, a church! Incredible views of the rock formations in one direction and mountains in the other, among palms and other petty landscaping. I realized to the soothing sound of running water (it’s basically an infinity pool), and barely anyone was there. The sparrows liked to come and dip into the water. It was idyllic. I had to pay in cash, and I was given two very nice plush grey towels. I highly recommend this as a getaway if you are overheated and staying elsewhere in town. Sorry, I can’t speak to the actual accommodations—just the pool! Oh, and there are outdoor men’s and women’s bathroom with showers to change, shower, use the toilet. No need to leave or enter a different area of the hotel property.

At our round trip we did look forward to this location in Kalambaka. The surroundings are breath taking. The location of the hotel is good right at the entrance of Kalambaka, but to be honest, the hotel itself was disappointing. At our arrival at the end of the afternoon we were welcomed by a female receptionist with the name Antigoni. She was very helpful and very service minded. A big compliment to her. Her attitude towards guest was far better than we experienced in the days after our arrival from other hotel personnel at the front desk. Even the hotel manager didn't look like to be much interested in us as guests. She was only looking at her computer screen and pointed to others to do this or that in a way that did feel us very uncomfortable. After having a diner outside we did come back at the hotel and asked for having a coffee/tea since we did have a celebration that day. We did buy a cake for that occasion too. They didn't have coffee/tea available for us (unbelievable for a hotel, don't you think), but anyway Antigoni, took charge and did call a kind of Uber service to bring us take-away coffee. The female manager of the hotel wasn't very pleased by this action from her employee. Can you believe that? Anyway, we got our coffee and we enjoyed it in the lobby of the hotel although we were the only people at the lobby at that time. The breakfast in the morning was also low quality compared to other hotels we have stayed during our trip. We stayed here 2 nights and honestly we will for sure choose another hotel if we would visit Kalambaka again in the future.

This place wasn’t my cup of tea. It was old, but not the cute vintage kind. We had 3 rooms so I will be mentioning things from all 3. More like everything was molding and there were centuries of dirt crusted on. The washrooms (W.C) were dirty. The doorway had what looks like mold and water damage. Multiple places were rusted, including the shower. The showers floor was dirty and honestly very nasty. Another rooms sink faucet was terrible. The tiniest bit up would spray water everywhere. Imagine an umbrella where the water is going everywhere but down the drain. My room had 3 people in it, the extra bed that they put in was terrible. It was too flimsy and soft, I felt like I was going to break it. There isn’t a kettle in the room. The wifi barely worked, (especially at night) it was slow and I was lucky if anything loaded. The lobby was nice though. The washroom outside the room was straight up creepy. You have to go down the stairs in the lobby. There were creepy unlit hallways and do not enter signs. The lights took a long time to turn on and kept turning off while I was in it. The main reason I’m giving this place two stars is because they had free breakfast which was still okay. They didn’t have pancakes. Two stars.

Very beautiful hotel for 3 star rating. Extremely decorative with paintings, photos and statues . Located on the Main Street and amazing views of the Meteora Monastery. Offers small buffet breakfast and all local shops are open quite late in the evening. Has many eateries and small pubs along the Main Street as well.

Classic 80's hotel. clean and tidy rooms. bathrooms a little small, but for a regenerating shower and for a pair pf night, more than enough. Breath-taking view. excellent hotel for those of not too many pretensions

The hotel is really nice. When you walk in the main entrance it looks very good. The lady on the reception was a nice lady and extremely helpful. The room was nicely done up. Then we noticed no kettle!! Me thinking it was an oversize asked her where it was and was told they don't have them. But she will make us cups of hot water if we need it. The bathroom was small with a half bath tub but it was really cold in there. The bedroom was very warm which was nice as it was freezing out there. Don't bother with the breakfast. It felt the hotel mainly geared for coach parties

We went on March 25th after we had spoken to the boss and he had booked us the last room they had available!! After we traveled after 5 hours of driving and arrived at the hotel we waited for about 30 minutes at the reception without anyone serving us and in front of us sat a chubby gentleman looking at us!! After seeing a receptionist, we asked her about the room and she told us that it was given elsewhere!! We were left without a room at 21:00 at night, the gentleman who we asked the reason for said that we were late, which was not the case... He was very rude, he didn't even bother to recommend us another accommodation!! Everything was full and we found a room in you wonderful hotel, in fact it was the last room with a great breakfast and staff!! Large and very beautiful spaces!!

I do not recommend it. We went through a Meteora tour where it was indicated that upon arrival at the hotel we had to check in at 13:00, but the room was not ready. After calling the tour agency, they prepared one for us in half an hour. Bad manners, unkempt hotel, no luggage storage control and very poor breakfast.

The hotel is well located on a street full of souvenir shops. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is not very efficient. The balcony is annoying, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a glass shower screen that only covers part of the bathtub, so when you take a shower, the whole floor gets wet. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. From the room you can see the meteor rocks and the monasteries. Beautiful view. The dinner included in the package was very tasty.

We booked a suite and it wasn't just a suite, we left immediately as soon as we saw it, very cold room and the air conditioning wasn't working! We chose to pay another 300 euros to go to another hotel. The towels smelled, the sheets were torn! If you want to enjoy your trip, don't choose this one!
