環境非常好，非常安靜，乾淨衞生。設施齊全，有智能馬桶和小度音箱，衞生間是乾濕分離的。在一些細節方面做得非常好，比如為女士配備了化粧鏡，還有針線包和擦鞋布。另外酒店接送機的時間在早上8點至晚上6點，有接送機需求的旅客可以注意一下。

我們從內蒙玩回來，路過赤峯，在這家住了一晚，從入住心情都挺好，酒店環境也不錯，停車的地方在地下，有自己的停車場，就是退房走的時候，前台告知，需要她操作抬桿出車庫，我們在下面等了幾分鐘，一直都沒有人開，地下室又沒信號，又沒辦法打電話，衹能在坐電電梯上次詢問，反覆折騰了我兩次，也沒説道歉啥的，這出個車庫還不夠我來回折騰的，因為你們的疏忽，一大早就讓人心情很不爽，還讓我給個好評，你們告訴我怎麼給，給的這1分，完全就是你們自己造成的

房間不錯，各種設施到位，床品乾淨舒適，停車方便，不想去市裡可以去酒店馬路對面用餐。酒店有送機服務，離機場距離10幾分鐘車程，除了因旁邊正在建設感覺不好
