Best example of true hospitality! The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to serve their guests. During breakfast, we met Sandip Biswakarma and Dawa Lepcha — they were very welcoming and quick with their service. If you are looking for serenity, I would highly recommend this property. It’s truly one of the best choices you can make.

Hotel is very beautiful, we enjoyed bonfire in lawn at night, food is very delicious. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff are very prompt on their services. Thank you Mr. Sunil and all housekeeping team for special care. We will come again next year. Thank for excellent hospitality.

The staff were super friendly and smiling- loved the food quality, service and hospitality - it was much more than we expected! Highly recommend to all visitors- you must experience the serenity and beauty of this place coupled with the ambience, staff conduct and amenities.

Delightfull 3 nights stay at Suite of Sinclairs Kalimpong - picture perfect property (esp gardens, flora and fauna), motivated service by energetic staff, large spacious rooms, freshly cooked food, Reception team also took care of all our Taxi requirements (in spite of high season demands). Much recommended if priority is to immerse oneself into a resort deep inside pristine nature where clouds come down to be with you

Wonderful and warm welcome....all the staff are good and helpful always ready to serve the guests. Food is and was always wonderful. It's really a Lovely place to spend some wonderful moments with family and friends. Glad to have a place where we get a homely atmosphere. And all of all mr.Arav the gm is a very friendly person who takes care of the guests personally...

The service has been exemplary. Staff here are extremely polite and take care of you so well. Specially team housekeeping, all of them are very very nice and always greet you with a lot of warmth and a big smile on their faces! They are extremely pleasant and hospitable. Makes the whole experience of staying in Sinclairs Retreat! Much love to the staff that run this property. A special mention Mr. Acharya (housekeeping Manager) for his hospitality, and going beyond our expectations to ensure we had a good stay!

Had been out for dinner with family. Sinclair was really a good choice. Food very delicious and awesome .the chefs prepared it well and also the restaurant guys served it with smile. They were very caring and took care of our comfort till the time we left. Thank you Subrato and Mr Shovan for making it better.

The staff’s professionalism and attentive service contribute to a pleasant overall experience. Rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The comfortable beds and quality linens ensure a restful night’s sleep. The cleanliness is commendable, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard throughout. My room was clean, bathroom's to linen, it was spotless. Very good housekeeping and management. Overall we have had an fantastic time in this hotel. Highly recommended !! You won't be disappointed.

I recently stayed at SinclairsKalimpong, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel sits on a beautiful hilltop, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the green hills — especially magical during sunrise and sunset. The staff was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive, making the stay truly comfortable. The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a delight! The resort also has fun indoor activities like table tennis,badminton and snooker, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re relaxing or looking for recreation, they have something for everyone. The housekeeping couldn’t have been better. You just needed to request for something and it would be attended to in minutes. Never heard a no from anyone. The credit for all of this surely goes to the Housekeeping Manager Mr. Sunil who has trained his staff so well. If you’re seeking a peaceful getaway with amazing scenery, great hospitality, and delicious food, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!
