Mitsis Selection Alila

This was a really lovely hotel, there was a lot of variety in the food with restaurants in the hotel open until late at night. The food was really really nice. There were really nice pools and a lot of activities to do. I'd definitely come back again.

We stayed at Mitsis Selection Alila for several days. While the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, our experience was unfortunately not as relaxing as expected. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, especially one man working at the beach bar (around 45–50 years old, dark hair tied back and beard) who was quite rude and only seemed attentive to certain guests. Another staff member in the main restaurant was also impolite and impatient. There was constant noise in the hallways — loud children, doors slamming, and even staff knocking several times a day while we were trying to rest. Twice during the night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m., and no one came to explain what was happening. The food variety was limited and repetitive, and some dishes looked like leftovers from the day before. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, but for the price and reputation of a 5-star hotel, the service quality and organization need serious improvement. We hope management takes these comments seriously — the hotel has potential to be amazing if they truly listen to guest feedback.

Amazing vacation well be back next year

Excellent hotel, all you need for a great and relaxing holiday. Family oriented hotel. Friendly staff and service, food and drink great with a good selection of Greek, Italian and Asian cuisines. Only downside at peak hours waiting for an elevator to get to and from the rooms. Parking also is only available across the road. Greater organisation required at beach and sun beds sections during peak hours as you cannot easily find sun beds many are taken from the morning from other guests in the hotel leaving their things on the sun beds when no one is there. Other than these minor things I would visit again!

Best hotel I've ever been in. Great service, great food, great night shows. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We had a great time and we would like to come back for sure. Perfect vacation!

Nice hotel, good food, good service

A superb hotel which was spotless, the team were always polite and helpful. My family and I felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay. Thank you to the Mitsis Team

Excellent service and amazing food. Service top notch! Biggest let down was the sofa beds for the 3rd and 4th occupant. These were not anywhere near a bed standard. They are concrete hard and the most uncomfortable place for anyone to sleep. This needs to be changed. Although adults can fit in them - I recommend this is looked into as the sore backs and necks were so bad from the lack of bed for the teens.
