Прекрасный персонал, чистый, практически новый номер! На завтраках стандартный набор, но вкусно! Хорошая овсянка, блинчики, большой выбор фруктов, хороших фруктов! НО я не знаю как описать тот шок, когда оказалось, что игристое на завтрак ПОЛУСЛАДКОЕ! Первый раз в жизни такое, ни в одном отеле мира, включая, конечно, сеть Хилтон , до такого не унижались...

Просторный, чистый номер, уютные кровати, внимательный, корректный персонал, на самом деле город небольшой и расположение гостиницы близко с центром, мы ходили пешком. Рекомендую hilton в калуге Спасибо

Находился в бизнес поездке в сентябре 2023. Мероприятие(конференция) проходила на территории отеля, поэтому смог почувствовать качество услуг не только проживания, но и обеспечения бизнес мероприятий. Всё на высшем уровне. Рекомендую отель и как место проживания, и как место организации бизнес-мероприятий.

Отель очень приятный, клиентооринтированный. Заселили с маленькой собачкой. Номер чистый, уютный. В номере было все для комфортного отдыха: чайная станция, утюг с глад. доской, халаты, тапочки, по запросу принесли зубные щетки. Фен в отдельном пакете, можно посушить волосы в комнате. В ванной набор косметики с приятным запахом. Завтрак очень хороший. Большая парковка. Из минусов: расположение не в центре, в окружении жилых домов. Отель рекомендую.

Ужасное впечатление от гостиницы и персонала отеля. Были с 15 по 17 мая 2023 года,поселили на этаже ,где отсутствует горячая вода,так как отключена в это время в данном районе городе,на вопрос где горячая вода,ответ-отключили в городе,мы не справляемся,пришли проверили так ли,предложили переселить на 5 этаж,якобы там все хорошо с водой,на самом деле вода была горячая,но если держишь душевой шланг под определенным углом она действительно горячая,но горячие капли. Сотрудники ресепшена при заселении не говорят о существующей проблеме,а лишь разводят руки-это крайне непрофессионально для категории отеля 4*. На ресепшене работает крайне непрофессиональный сотрудник Надежда Ефанова,человек не владеет информацией об отеле и об услугах оказываемых отелем. Ведет себя нагло и надменно,на просьбу предоставить книгу отзывов и предложений сказала ничего предоставлять не буду,идите и берите сами,мы пошли и взяли сами,книга без даты и без печати,сложилось мнение,что это не одна книга отзывов и предложений в данной гостинице! Не советуем останавливаться в гостинице Хилтон!!!

Все не плохо, только не стоит там завтракать - еда отвратительная, очень скудный выбор здоровой еды. Народу очень много, тесно и не комфортно. Так не стоит начинать день. А ужин еще хуже - яркий свет и отвратительная попса которая орет на весь отель

Великолепные номера, все необходимое для комфортного пребывания есть в номере. Очень вкусно можно поесть в ресторане, внимательный персонал, всегда улыбчивые и заботливые. В номерах чистота везде, видно что строго следят за уборкой, классно провела пару дней, советую.
