Initial experience wasn’t great at check-in, as the staff wasn’t giving accurate information about dinner prices, and wasn’t very friendly. There were also a few issues in the room. But the front desk was able to coordinate with their internal house keeping and engineering team to solve the problems. We were happy with their services in the end.

We had our wedding on the 1st of March 2024 at Tangerine Beach Hotel. The event was a huge success and almost all of the guests including my wife had a good impression about it at the end. We booked the hotel one year ago, and Mrs. Apsara and her team were helpful in every aspect. Closer to the wedding, Mrs. Apsara was kind enough to answer to my queries even at 3-4 am for different arrangements - customer service at its best. At the day of the wedding everything looked great, and everyone complimented about the food. I would highly recommend Tangerine as a wedding venue for future couple looking for a venue. You will get great value for your investment.

The menu is very rich. I felt very comfortable. It was late at night, but check-in was smooth. I think it is very beautiful and easy to spend.

The hotel should be opened by the Chinese, using the jetwing brand and reservation system. The front of the hotel is the sea on the back of the railway. Therefore, the room must be selected clearly. If you choose to sleep badly at night, don’t live in the sea. Half of the room is a little better, with a balcony, a lot of hotel teams, from the Chinese chef, to Colombo, sitting on the sea train, not far from the door can sit, the most essential section, do not sit from Galle!
