The east exit side of Kamakura Station is lively and crowded, but the west exit where Tosei Hotel Cocone Kamakura is located is a little quiet and has an adult atmosphere. On the way to the hotel, there are long-established cafes, fashionable sweets and shops, and the bar opens at night. I can't go to all the stores on one trip, so I want to come back on a trip. The area around the entrance of the hotel has a Japanese-style atmosphere, but the building itself is Western-style. Is it here! The moment I found it, the tension rose. You can get rice balls. The rice balls with the taste of soy sauce were very delicious. The room was a Japanese modern twin. It is a shape that takes off your shoes and goes up to tatami mats, but there are two beds. It was a very clean and calm space. Maybe there was a dead insect that seemed to have fallen from somewhere after cleaning, so I made the cleanliness check item ”good” instead of ”very good”. I think it has been cleaned very carefully from around the day. There were some equipment that had to be charged, but there were many holes in the outlet and there was nothing inconvenient in the room. Also, personally, it is very important that TV not only terrestrial broadcasting but also BS. I often turn on TV when I'm in the room, and I often don't do baseball broadcasts that I often watch on terrestrial broadcasting, so I'm very happy to see BS. My husband seemed to have not slept well for some reason, so I made it ”good” to sleep, but the bed was large and I was very comfortable. Overall, it is an inn that is very satisfied and can be recommended to the people around with confidence. It was a petite trip from the same Kanagawa Prefecture, but if you are tired of everyday life, you would like to visit even a couple.

I originally booked a hotel in Tengze City, but then I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel because I was considering visiting Kamakura. It was quite good. Ofuna Station has many subway lines and bus stations are gathered here, which is very convenient for independent travel. There is also a department store built above this station, which also sells the Muji brand. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the subway. When you come out of the east exit of the subway, there is McDonald's across the road. Turn left at the intersection of McDonald's and go straight. After a few steps across the street, you will see the hotel. The young girl at the front desk is pretty, has a good attitude, and speaks fluent English. There are free self-service toiletries in the lobby, and registered members can get a bottle of soda. The room is small, with a small table and stools, and a 1.6-meter large bed. It's okay for two people to live in simply. The hygiene is okay. I stayed for 2 nights and put a cleaning sign on the second day, but it was still very clean. The room has a wall-mounted air conditioner that can adjust the temperature and open the windows. There are many small restaurants surrounding the hotel, with a wide variety of choices, which is very convenient. Breakfast includes rice, miso soup, natto, small fish, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is much more convenient to go out after eating in the morning.

Chose this place because of the price and the offer of Mount Fuji view. Certainly the view did not disappoint us, love the sea view and Mount Fuji. Room was spacious and the layout was nice though dated to some extent. The grounds looks like it need some sprucing and maintenance work. Checkin was efficient though parking came with a price. Maybe hotel should consider free parking for guests as most would be driving to get to this area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant though you had to walk in the rain on the day we were there as the restaurant was located on a annex building. Food was good and service was fine but on the higher end of prices. I like the neighbourhood vibe, there is a supermarket, hardware/pharmacy and bakery within walking distance from the hotel. There are a few restaurants by the beach and we tried the Pacific place. Prices of food along the beach are much more reasonable. Would stay here again except that traffic along this stretch of road is very bad as it is only a one lane road and traffic lights at almost every junction. Be prepare for a long and slow drive between hotel to town.

We stayed ２ nights in November 2020. The room we booked is standard twin [non-smoking] 34㎡. I had resistance to leisure to the far side using public transportation in the corona pass, so I booked this place which seems to be able to stay calmly in a relatively nearby place. As I saw in various reviews before my stay, the room is large and satisfied as expected. I think there are many people who don't like the inn that has been built years, but I like it because there are many cases of spacious rooms compared to the inn now. I entered the room and was relieved to see the view from the window. The sea just across the street. Fortunately, during my stay, the weather was good and I was able to enjoy the view from the window. Also, if you look at the balcony on the floor you are staying, this was also good 々. The location of the room is far from the sea, but I think it is color 々 depending on the location of the room, so the view from the room is not enough. I thought it would be good to see it from the balcony if I thought it was. Also, the making of the inn is interesting. I thought that I stayed in a western room, but the opposite side across the passage seemed to be a Japanese room type. In that case, breakfast was also available for western and Japanese food choices. ２ nights, so I asked １ times each. It may be a more lively atmosphere in summer, but it was November, and it was quiet and perfect for spending time. I also want to stay at the off-season. I thought.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt that the decoration is simple, stylish and generous, giving a very warm feeling. There is a communal kitchen and well-equipped facilities, which is very helpful to us. Like it! But in the end I wanted to store a box but said that I would charge 500 yen. Any other service that can be accommodated is free. This surprised us and has an unpleasant feeling.

We stayed overnight and used it for 1 nights. QR code was sent by email from the reservation to the day before the stay, and check-in was made smoothly and smoothly at check-in. When I told you that I wanted a room away from the elevator at the time of booking, I was grateful to have a corner room properly. I think it was good to have a lot of amenities such as bathing agents, cosmetic water and beauty liquid. The room was not large or not, and the bed was large and I was able to stretch my body and rest after a long time. The wind volume can be adjusted for the air conditioner, but I couldn't set the wind direction and swing, and I cut it and went to bed because it was uncomfortable. One thing I didn't like was that. It was a strong price setting of about 14500 yen for a night stay because it was during the consecutive holiday. I had no inn nearby, so I had to make a reservation, but I couldn't feel anything that was just right for the price.

The decoration is very Japanese-style hotel, the staff is very fun and very welcoming, there is a big supermarket nearby, Haagen-Dazs is only 203 yen! ! Awesome! The room is very clean and the atmosphere is very good. It is close to the bus stop but the tram stop has to go a long way. There is time to walk to the Canggu station and go out for a little while the beach.

The hotel is in the center of Kamakura, the lobby is on the 3rd floor, and there are shops below. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to travel. Breakfast is at the Chinese restaurant B1 on the ground floor. There are three kinds of set meals to choose from, which tastes good.

The good thing is that access to Yuhigahama is good. Other word of mouth sites also have a lot of posts because the room is filthy, but when I entered the room to stay, a small bug flock occurred and I was surprised. The hand soap in the bathroom was really small, and I should replenish it ... It was acceptable until now, but the hotel, especially the manager's response, was not very unpleasant. Originally, this accident has doubled the reservation of the same day from ２ sites. When I contacted the hotel immediately when I noticed, I canceled one reservation because I was told that I would not receive the cancellation fee for that amount. However, I asked the hotel because the request came from the site that I said I would not take the cancellation fee, and I was told to ask the site by myself. After all, the hotel side did not take the procedure that the site did not take the fee. I was waiting because I couldn't refund through the card company at a time, so I contacted the hotel directly to refund. However, even if １ weeks wait, the contact did not come, and when I contacted from here, the corresponding staff told the boss to send this matter and send the phone, but １ weeks wait, the contact will not come. When I contacted the manager of the boss from here, he said, ”What is it?” and the story did not pass. I was surprised to hear that I was waiting for a phone call, but did I tell you the phone number? Even if you cut the phone without permission or take a confirmation of this matter and tell me what kind of response to the future, there is no contact even after １ hours. I can't connect to the manager again. It's impossible to be a manager. If I didn't contact you from here, I would never contact you, and I thought that I didn't solve it at all, and I was afraid of the dishonest attitude. I think I was struggling between the manager of the stance that received the cancellation fee as prescribed for whatever reason and the staff who tried to refund me with sympathy. Well, I first said that I would not take a cancellation fee. I appreciate that you responded to the refund, but the process until then was gudaghda, dishonest and surprised. I think it's good to stay for those who don't complain even if anything happens, but I think it's better to choose a different hotel.
