KAMAKURA HOTEL

This hotel has a very Japanese feel. I stayed in a twin room with a tatami area, and I really liked that the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs doubles as a restaurant, with the bar area serving as a dining space. In the mornings, they offer freshly made Japanese onigiri (rice balls) for breakfast, and in the evenings, it's a cocktail bar. Their sencha green tea pairs perfectly with the onigiri; the tea is incredibly fragrant, and the onigiri are the best I've ever had. You can even ask for more, and I ended up eating three – so delicious! 😋 I even bought some of their tea to take home. One slight inconvenience is that the main entrance is a bit hard to find and navigate, but the back entrance is much easier. The hotel's location near the station is super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby. If I ever go to Kamakura again, I'd definitely stay here! 👏🏻

The location is very convenient, right in the center of the tourist area, and the food quality is excellent.

It's close to the station, but the shortcut is a little hard to find. The atmosphere is a lovely Japanese modern style. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, but there were two beds for four adults, so an extra futon was provided. However, two adults had to sleep on one bed, so it was essentially a room for three adults, which was a bit disappointing. I think it would be sufficient for a family of four with children. The toilet and bathroom were stylish and new. The quality of amenities such as toothbrushes and hairbrushes was high. In the morning, you could choose the fillings for your rice balls, and the miso soup had a delicious, authentic broth. It's not a buffet, but I think both foreigners and Japanese people would enjoy it.

Convenient transportation and no noise. Very close to the characteristic street. It is very convenient to go out and take the bus to the scenic spots. The service staff are warm and considerate. There are English services. good.

Very close to the subway station, very convenient! The bed is set up in a Japanese style and is a little higher than the floor. It feels better than a Japanese bed that is directly laid on the floor! The bathroom is large and clean! Breakfast was unforgettable and very ritualistic! The service staff are very patient, especially the Brazilian guy, who is fluent in English and Japanese, has a friendly attitude, and has perfect communication skills! I will come again next time I have a chance to go to Kamakura!
