The Kamakura Poster B&B was created by a Japanese living overseas. It is 100 meters away from the beach bath, suitable for surfers and travelers who like the beach. The boss is very good and called me to check in early. The facilities are first-class, especially the bathing facilities are really great. High-quality homestay. It’s a bit far from Kamakura University, and it takes half an hour to walk along the coastline. Suitable for people on beach vacations
Everything was clean and I had a comfortable stay!
They didn't use cheap shampoos or anything, so my hair didn't get all stiff!
The desk felt high compared to the height of the sofa, so it would have been better if it was lower.
Also, check-out was at 10am, and the intercom rang 5 or 10 minutes before. When I opened the door, a cleaning man was standing there, and he told me how many minutes left until check-out. I felt a bit pressured at that time, but other than that I thought it was a great place! I'd like to use it again!
Thank you for your interest.
All walls except the entrance and living room are made of traditional plaster (earthen walls). Japanese cypress, pine and cedar are used as woods.
The house can accommodate up to 9 people with 9 futon sets, and you can relax in the lounge on the first floor while reading a book or listening to music on the audio system.
The common room on the first floor is the perfect place for families and groups to enjoy sightseeing in Kamakura.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

Really close to the beach, people who like the beach recommend it. The cipher box with the key is not easy to open. I have been tinkering for a long time. At first, I was afraid of breaking it and mixed it carefully. In the end, I found that I had to stir it hard to open it. I don’t know if the bedroom light in the room is broken or it needs special control.

AAnonymous Userhotel was on the main street and it has everything there too the bed was comfy however parking has to be paid but it wasn’t too bad after all, there was a slight hiccup at check in as we wanted 2 double bed for 3 pax however they were rigid saying we need another bed for the 3rd pax
room was really nice and comfy and had bath salts to soak after a super long day thank you overall
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right at the train station and about 15-20 minutes by car to the famous attractions like the Great Buddha Temple, Hasedera Temple, and Tsurugoka Hachimangu Shrine. The room size is good for two people with middle sized baggage, and is very clean. There are many restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Highly recommend to staying here!
GGuest UserVery satisfied! 1⃣️The hotel is close to Hase Station, with convenient transportation. There are curry shops, taverns and convenience stores nearby (you need to walk through the small road, but it is very close), which makes life convenient. 2⃣️The hotel has a great atmosphere, with a Japanese courtyard and Western-style architecture, and it is quiet. 3⃣️The room is spacious, the bathroom is separated from the living area, and there is a courtyard where you can see green plants. 4⃣️There is free coffee service in the morning, and the lobby sells souvenirs and introduces the history of the hotel (a century-old building). It is worth experiencing and staying.
GGuest UserThis was a great choice for our family in Kamakura. The bunk beds were great, with lights and outlets by each bunk. The onsen is wonderful. All guests received a little basket with bath towel and pajamas to use in the onsen and the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. At night, we could even get rice and miso soup in case we were hungry. The hotel is tasteful and well-located. It was an easy walk from the station and we also walked to the ocean every morning.
GGuest UserThe hotel is really close to the Ofuna station with lots of restaurants around. We were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were upgraded when checked in. The bed was comfortable and excellent for our short stay near Kamakura.
GGuest UserThe hotel has an unbeatable sea view. Enoshima and Mount Fuji are in full view when the weather is clear. Although the language communication at the front desk was a bit difficult, they tried their best to introduce the hotel's services and facilities. The breakfast was great, with a view of the sea and good service. It was semi-self-service. The main course was a choice between Benedict and Omelette, and the rest was self-service. The waiter who served us was an old man. He specially prepared a translator and gave a very detailed introduction. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. If you miss the shuttle bus time, it is not too far to walk from Shichirigahama Station to the hotel, because the hotel is halfway up the mountain. You can take the elevator from the banquet hall of the hotel at the foot of the mountain to the lobby. In short, this stay at Kamakura Prince exceeded expectations.
YYanghuashaonianmiaomiaomiaoPerfect choice for a pilgrimage in Kamakura.
I went there once on May 1st, and I quickly came again on November. The dunk master is a memory of a generation. The intersection of the car and the car also represents the youth of a generation. Even if the young boys and girls have become aunts and uncles, the power of feelings is still great, Kamakura, Worth going again!
QQingkuangyouThis is indeed a small hotel, with a total area of 17 square meters including the bathroom. Basically, you get on a kang as soon as you enter the door. The bed is against the innermost wall. The overhead light can't even reach the head of the bed. You have to bring a small light to see something. The wall is just like the adobe wall in rural China in the past. Although small, it has everything you need for a hotel, but the quality is relatively low. The only thing is that it is not too far from the station, and there is a supermarket nearby with a full range of things. With this accommodation condition, the price is not cheap. But it's okay for just one day. The hotel lobby is a restaurant where you can eat, which is more convenient.
DDonauhahaThe hotel does not have any registered staff. It is self-service, but the check-in method needs to have an appointment number. But I didn’t receive any messages. I also left a message on the official website before departure. But I didn’t receive any reply. I didn’t care about arriving at the hotel. I got 20 minutes in front of the self-service machine that night. I couldn't get the room. Finally, I found a local Japanese to help me call the hotel to get the room key. Fortunately, I finally stayed in .
GGuest UserIt's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby.
But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient.
In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥
The average price for hotels in Kamakura is US$245 on weekdays, and US$284 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
