Great hotel at the centre of Kamloops. Lovely staff offered to upgrade our room to suite

New renovated hotel in a prime location. Reception staff is super friendly. But the air-conditioning is loud noise. Sound insulation is needed to improve.

The room was a bit small, but everything else was fine.

Great stop from Vancouver to Jasper. Room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly. Close to restaurants. Nice location. It has its own parking lot so parking is not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

It has all that we need for a 1 night stopover. We are given an upgrade of our room. The counter staff is friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice, although they are not so big. Kids did really enjoy playing there with the view of sunset.

The experience was terrible! The hygiene was appalling. I thought the hotel was the most expensive in the area and would be very nice, but I was shocked after checking in. The bathroom was so dirty! But I had to put up with it since I had a lot of luggage.

The room was great, with two toilets. It was clean, but the air conditioner was next to the bed, which was noisy. The food in the hotel restaurant was quite salty.

Room: Very clean, not noisy, with a great mountain view! It felt newly renovated, but the AC unit was a bit noisy inside the room. Breakfast: Okay, with eggs benny, an à la carte set menu, and fruit, juice, and coffee.

A relatively good hotel in Jinlu, owned by Marriott, with a good sanitation environment and friendly staff. It is recommended to choose a larger room type to accommodate suitcases.

Didn't sleep all night, reasons: 1. The toilet fan couldn't be turned off for the first time 2. The refrigerator was very noisy, and it was still a high-frequency noise. I realized it when I went to sleep. I moved it out and found that the power supply was sealed inside and couldn't be turned off. 3. The pillow made noise when sleeping on the side, and I don't know where it came from. The parking fee was waived the next morning, but it was the first time for a business traveler to stay in such a quiet town with a room with an excessive noise index, room 336!

Everything else is fine, but can we discuss with the hotel about the fact that Ctrip only gives the last room available? It's not a low-price reservation, so why only the last room available?
