It was a great stay. Comfortable room within the town area of Kampar, all within a limited hotel budget. Although the corridor was a bit narrow, it was understandable as it allowed for more rooms to be accommodated. The ambient lighting in the room was bright, making it suitable for work, study, or relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience throughout the stay. Roadside public parking, where parking coupon is needed.
This homestay offered a convenient location near shops and felt very secure. The studio apartment surprised us - it was quite cozy for a family of four, including two teenagers. There were amenities like WiFi, a fridge, laundry, TV, and even access to a swimming pool. Plus, the view of the Kampar hills was breathtaking!
However, a few things took away from the experience. There was no reception staff to greet us upon arrival, and the key collection/return process was a bit unusual. Additionally, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that lingered despite multiple air fresheners.
Despite these drawbacks, it was a decent stay overall. The location, security, and amenities made up for some of the inconveniences.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Location is good as well. The receptionist is very helpful. The room is exactly like the photo and is very spacious!

Hotel is near main road. Easy to find. You can walk to DIY opposite, drive to nearby Econsave and Lotus. Also quite near to old town wet market and food centre, new town neighborhood shops. You can park your car next to hotel but usual daytime charges apply though.
Room condition is acceptable but toilet window is not shielded and latch is not working. Functional aircon. Room noise insulation is average. TV channels are limited. Overall the experience is still good.
The room is not big, with two beds plus a sofa, it is strictly not allowed to add a quilt, so if you are afraid that the quilt and pillows are not enough, it is best to bring your own. It is a good design that the balcony of the room can directly feed the fish. There are no disposable toiletries, which is great for environmental protection ♻️, bring your own toiletries, support. The hotel's natural environment is very good, the hot spring water is very hot, the swimming pool water is very cold, and the sensory experience is stimulating. Seeing the butterfly 🦋 is very beautiful. For breakfast, the child had no choice but to eat sliced bread. There was no fruit, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit juice... The only pastry was not very tasty, and the child would rather eat the bread after tasting it. If there is watermelon and juice for dinner, the children will eat more happily. If you bring children, it is recommended to prepare more food by yourself.
Reception shown warmest hospitality to the guest. Next to the hotel is a cinema within walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable. Price is fair upon the room type. Highly recommended for those always working outstation.
The hotel has a nice ‘western cowboy’ feel about it with the wood flooring and the deco. Lives up to the ‘boutique’ expectations! The front desk is very helpful, efficient, and polite. I love the security feature at night where the front door to the hotel requires the keycard to open. The bed was good and firm, bathroom wide and spacious, and generally the room is clean. Some stain on the large sofa (which could double up as a bed) and power sockets are limited. I actually missed the water heater switch and maybe it would be useful to put a sign in the bathroom or on the switch to say ‘turn on X-min prior to use’.
The hotel is located on the ‘bubble tea’ road where there are lots of bubble tea brands! There is a kopitiam for a variety of food at low prices, an izakaya and one or two cafe-type eateries for quieter conversations.
Good experience and would recommend it at its price.
1)Room spacious but is a bit out dated style,TV suddenly on in the midnight make me uncomfortable whole night ,haha
2)Location strategy ,located in the centre of shop lot
3)parking is outdoor
4)breakfast have nasi lemak ,fried kuoy tiao, salad, porridge, variety choice ,not bad if you are not pickey type
5)mattress too soft and need to change ,you can see the shape of mattress already become ”u”obviously

Very Good
GGuest UserEnjoyed our stay and for food mostly we ate at Restoran P Ramlee next to the resort. Food is nice and surrounding is good for outdoor activity. Will come back again.
Nnellyhasryno wifi, is boring especially for kids , and limited breakfast choice, not worth it with the expensive staying. is better for the owner to place a mini fridge in all the rooms. even budget hotel also have a mini fridge, but this is consider 4 or 5 .. maybe 3 star resort. the view is great
GGuest UserWe arrived at 12am a bit scary. No reservations there. We need to call them to check in. Pity org tua yg tataw sgadd nk cx in mcmni . Better buat kaunter.
FFara87Not bad. Dia ala2 studio. Setakat ni mmg bilik paling besar pernah pegi. Tv dia pun ada netflix, overall okay dan berbaloi dgn harga, cuma tu la uncle yg jaga tu kalau dia keluar kena tunggu . At least kena ada staff la dengan depan kaunter selalu.
