This is my 3rd repeat stay here. Pleasant experience, rooms are spacious and clean, considered one of the better hotels in this location, even has a gym. Located within 6 min walk to the River Ping. There are nearby shops and convenient stores, with 2 local markets nearby for fresh produce and local food.

Clean, comfortable. The room is old, breakfasts are so-so. Update TV to another smart TV. No one to greet you at the entrance, few people.

I chose this hotel for a layover and was really satisfied with it. The room was spacious. On the first day, the room was noisy so I moved it to a room not facing the street. There was a small swimming pool and a swimming ring, and the children had a lot of fun playing there.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Heritage Hotel. This hotel is obviously old, and the room has not been properly disinfected. There are ants on the table and the floor. Call to report that the air conditioner is not cool, turn it on for an hour and it is not cool. But the staff only said that this room was not cool because the other room was cold. We paid for two rooms. But you have to open the connecting door to another room to let the air conditioner in to make it cool. Disappointed that employees see this as normal.
