The condo is actually a great place, Ground Floor has rows and rows of shops for restaurants, desserts, convenient stores and etc, and they open until late night. for whatever reason, the days i was staying here, the wind is extremely strong, make the walk around the area very enjoyable, it could be due to geographical area reason, but i honesty don't know.
The unit is actually 'visually' very very clean and in order, and the toilet wall and floor is finished with very high quality material. Unfortunately, until you see their towels, few of the towers are stained quite badly, and worst of all, cockroaches everywhere, so many that almost every rooms and area you can find some, i can only manage to took photos of a small portion of the roaches i found, as they ran so quickly most of the time they are disappeared in my view in seconds before i get my phone or broom to shove them away.
This unit is managed by certain group or organization, instead of direct owner like Airbnb. 1st thing after i made my payment in Trip.com, a number texted me giving me all the instructions with a request of RM200 deposit, with all the scam cases arising, i was skeptical and careful, after some verification, i paid the RM200 for them and requested a receipt for the deposit, and the request was totally ignored 3 times in different occasions throughout our conversation, instead of being upfront they couldn't provide receipt for deposit. Direction to the condo provided by the PIC is wrong, you can directly search in Waze.
The pillow and blanket are so comfortable that i wanted find out what brand they are and to buy for myself but unfortunately i believe its from some hotel supplier instead of commercial brands.
