a great staff ,, great service ... beautiful smiles but one thing i did not like was food service stops at 3pm

Perfect location, right in the centre - and alongside the river. Room was very clean, albeit a little tired in areas. But lovely little place and for the price you’d struggle to find better. Bit noisy from the karaoke bar next door - but you get that with the city centre. Staff are fabulous

Good place to stay, except public holidays like new year are not recommended

Excellent hotel. Delicious breakfast. Polite staff. Great location.

Had to move rooms 3 times due to no working AC. Rooms themselves were comfortable and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had a couple of choices which were plated for you. The pool was nice and shady perfect for the hot season. Hotel staff were polite and helpful in booking bikes and tuk tuks. Good location a little out of town but a 5 minute walk to the seahorse fountain.

Best location boutique in Kampot 😍 Just walk across the street, you guys can enjoy the best sunset along Kampot river. I really love the Green environment here. However, the rooms are a little small. Quiet zone during day time, yet there’s musical sound from neighboring pub at night. The pool is covered with big trees, I love it 😘

It's close to restaurants and business areas, so there are plenty of food options. It's just a bit noisy at night. The rooms and hotel service were both very good.

This is a truly wonderful, small, and quaint hotel: 1. Prompt responses and helpful airport transfer arrangements. 2. Two freshly cut iced coconuts were served upon check-in, and the coconut water instantly brightened my mood. 3. The local breakfast was truly delicious. 4. The location is also fantastic, with a night market full of snacks right outside the door.

Все в отеле хорошо, кроме песнопений и очень громкой музыки! За отелем находится бар, в котором иногда с 3х часов дня, иногда с 5 - начинается живая музыка. КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ. Играет до 1:30-2:00 ночи. А в субботу неожиданно на 20 минут в 6 утра включили музыку! Это очень громко. Беруши частично спасали, но басы ощущались все равно. В остальном - все великолепно: очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, расположение - в шаговой доступности улочки с кафе барами. Завтраки нормальные, кофе хороший. Номера как на фото, только чуть более «уставшие»

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff are lovely, the rooms and light, airy and very clean. The pool is gorgeous, very relaxing. Located on the main waterfront with night food vendors and beautiful water light shows right on the door step with next to no noise to be heard. Short lovely waterfront walk to main eateries. Highly recommend

I have stayed here 5 times now and the service levels and atmosphere are just fantastic. The pool is lovely and if you have a ground level room then it is only a few steps to the pool. I have stayed twice in the last month. Breakfastvwas good and they served when you wanted it, none of this 10am cut off. A real bonus for a late riser like me. I would highly recommend

The place is busy from nearby town at night time it is loud from the music nearby and people drive passing the road since it is near. The place is small, though, almost hard to find. and everything cost extra and expensive. would not be ideal place to visit.
