Rooms dated but good layout with extra vanity outside bathroom. Walls are thin...barking dogs everywhere. Great breakfast!! No receptionist in sight at checkout, this grubby sign on counter, waited 15 minutes, tried calling the desk, phone went unanswered, finally just left.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Since our stay was in December, the pool was closed but the hot tub was open. The continental breakfast has a variety of options and was available from 6-10 which was nice.

We stayed in an accessible unit because I’m disabled - and the parking for that unit was parallel to the door instead of perpendicular which made it sooooo much easier for me to get into the unit. Wow! Also, there was a shower stool for the shower - how very great was that! Best Western? Best Ever!

Although the room was nice, the carpets were filthy & dirty, the place was very loud (thin walls) and you could hear neighbors using bathroom. Didnt get much sleep at all because of this. Will not book at this place again.

Good cooked breakfast. Nice rooms. Great WiFi. Games - pool table, vending not working - managed by offsite group. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was nice. Close to nice dinning. We will stay there again. Knab UT is a sweet place to enjoy.

Thank you to the front desk who addressed our lack of heat in our room. She came up and helped restart our unit so we didnt have to change rooms

The room where we stayed almost seemed like a house that had been converted, with the end result that the room and associated bathroom was unusually large. The carpet seemed a little like lower cost rooms, but the rest of the room was very functional, and we had no reason to want more.

It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The decorations in thd rooms and halls were even very lovely.
The breakfast was amazing. High quality, great variety and the hostess was friendly and kept it all running smoothly, restocked and clean.

Very nice hotel in a great, central location to several parks in the area. The room was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Already planning a return trip next spring.
