Amazing view and scenery from our room. Calm and relaxing environment.

I took my family there and we had wonderful time , friendly and very accommodating stuff

When we arrived the front desk didnt acknowledged TRIP.com because they said u guys were a 3rd party app. But in fact we already paid TRIP.com already and has been charged to our card. They charged me again an authorization of $600 when i got to the hotel

It was good~ Everything was good except for the price. I want to go again. It would be good to come with family. It has a s'mores pool. It's under construction, so it would be better to come next year.

The twin room I booked was 1.8m tall. It was a one-stop hotel with shopping, sports shops, chess and card bars, spa, outdoor sports, and childcare. The most anticipated thing was the water park, where my baby and a group of local children played happily. The hotel service was very good. Since I left too early for breakfast, I didn't enjoy it. I contacted the front desk and got a 70 Canadian dollar discount, and had a delicious meal. In short, it is a very good parent-child hotel and a very good choice for self-driving in Banff

The hotel is in a very secluded location, but the hotel's service really needs to be improved. When we checked in, we didn't see the hotel's porter, and we dragged several large boxes into the room by ourselves. After the front desk completed the check-in process, there was no introduction to the hotel's facilities, and the hotel's breakfast location and meal time were not informed. The next morning when we went to eat by ourselves, we found that we needed to show the meal coupons, and the front desk didn't even give us the meal coupons the day before. In addition, the hotel's indoor swimming pool and lockers could not be used. After swimming, we found that even the shower head could not be used. If it was a malfunction, it would be impossible for all of them to malfunction at the same time. I don't know why the hotel did not provide it for use, and let the guests wear bathrobes and pass through the hotel lobby to go back to the room to shower and change clothes.

幫貴賓客户定的酒店，在定酒店的時候選好“先住後付”的，結果入住時要我們的貴賓客户馬上結帳付房費，好尷尬，體驗很不好~

실내 수영장(워터파크)이 공사중이어서 야외수영장과 핫텁만 사용 가능했음. 샤워실의 모든 락커가 사용중지여서 아쉬웠음.
