I expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a "treat" for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare.
Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size.
Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny "couch" seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved.
I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing.

酒店房間及洗手間很大,在設計上非常方便輪椅顧客,值得一讚。酒店附近也有餐廳,前台服務員很詳細給了我們資料。酒店大堂的用餐處設有自助咖啡機及茶包,可隨時享用,也值得一讚。
