Smile Hotel Premium Kanazawa Higashiguchiekimae

I was on the top floor and there was noise (don't know from where) at night, I didn't sleep well. Everything else is okay, it is very close to the station.

Such an amazing experience. The hotel location is amazing, the quality of the facilities incredible and the staff couldn’t be any more kind.

Room is quite big compare with other normal hotel in Japan, bathroom also big and have a lot of space. They have humidifiers in the room for use during winter, Counter or checking machine is avaliable on front lobby floor with foreign friendly.

Location is great, really near the station. Amenities are good and facilities are clean. Room is larger than typical hotel rooms in Japan where I have stayed. Friendly hotel staff.

Very nice and clean hotel right next to Kanazawa station. The staff was really helpful, and they have great amenities. We loved the drink machine in the lobby.

Hotel is conveniently located on the east gate of Kanazawa station, with nearby shopping malls (opp Forus shopping mall), and lots of restaurants. Hotel is more like business hotel setup, furnishes is dated but clean. The only downside which we don’t like is the bedside lamp is fixed very near to the bed, am very afraid will bang onto them when sleeping too near. Kanazawa is very tourist oriented, there is a tourist loop bus which you can purchase for the day which is about 800yen per adult unlimited rides on this loop bus (otherwise per trip is about 210 yen), you can purchase the ticket from the East gate bus information counter, and bus boarding at bay no 7. This tourist loop bus passes the tourist spots like the Chaya district, Kanazawa Castle Park / Kenrokuen (same bus stop), Omicho market (which is about 15 min walk from Kanazawa station).
