Location is super near the station and eateries all around the area. Happy to have selected the hotel, Will definitely come back again.

The place is located quite near to the Kanazawa station. However it is not sheltered all the way. The lobby is at the highest floor. If you are taking JR from other places or the bus from takayama, it is quite a value for money place to stay for a night.

A short walk from train station. Room size okay.. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Reception is on the top floor of the building... Good view. The outdoor platform provided a good view of the train station and track. Hotel provide train watching schedule too.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property location wise from the station is in a great position. Noise wise, not so good! We were room 702, it was very noisy with the trains going by constantly. The room is also very hot, with the heating automatically controlled by the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu and very expensive for what it is, we paid for 3 days of breakfast up front, but after the first day decided not to have it again. Only 2 machines in the entire hotel for laundry.

Room was clean and nice but the refrigerator did not work for some reason. Staff were helpful and there was a washing machine on the 4th floor

I booked for 2adults and 1 child, Normally every hotel will prepare bath towel or can be requested for the child use but this staff talk aggressively that I have to pay for renting additional towel set for my kid because kid has stayed for free. My point is that the hotel has to inform the customers before they has started booking or charge for child stay liked other hotel. If the hotel recognized that customers has booked for 3 people, they has to prepare 3 sets of towels. The kids cannot take a bath without a towel. That is a pity thing that the hotel should not do and take action to the customer.

It is a nice hotel . It is clean and close to train station . But a bit hard to find the location

No cool air conditioning which is not acceptable. We tried to open the window and the room became cooler, but it is impossible to open the window when you are sleeping. The noise of train passing by is too loud, and there were many people talking loudly at mid night. Not reasonable of not letting customer turn on the cool function of air conditioning. It is impossible for sleeping.

Had a great rest in the hotel. Worth the money, although it is just beside the railway, but due to long day travelling, we still manage to have a good rest.

Very near to train station and reasonably big room for me and my friend. Clean and bright room, and service is perfect.

Great and simple hotel. Check in was easy, room was clean, good location close to the train station. I barely heard the train rolling by outside my window. The rooftop front desk and lounge is an interesting touch too. Would stay again if I come back to Kanazawa.
