Quite bigger than I expected as a Japan's hotel. Clean and kind staff

Amazing hotel, great front desk, awesome lounge with free drinks and snacks. Hotel gave me the highest floor which provides a good view of the city. Definitely worth staying in the hotel, will come back again if I have the chance.

The hotel room was above average in size . Amazingly comfortable bed . Reception was friendly and really helpful .

Very modern hotel with good facilities and they provide free beverages throughout the day. Clean rooms and good food for breakfast. Only downside is a little far from the train station and need to take a bus.

This was a nice place to stay. It was a rather big room, and was around halfway between the train station and the major parks. I ended out walking almost everywhere I needed to go in Kanazawa with no issues. They also did provide a free day bus pass for the tourist loops, which was a great touch!

The location is good, Oyama Shrine and the tourist information center are nearby. There is a convenience store, bus stop, and bank nearby, and Omicho Market and Korinbo are within walking distance of one bus stop, so it is very convenient. The only disappointment was that there was construction going on right in front of the hotel. The reason for the point deduction was the cleanliness of the toilets on the first floor and the large bath on the second floor, but although they were cleaned frequently, I felt that the manners of the users, or rather, the way they used the facilities were dirty. (Hair scattered everywhere, trash cans overflowing, foot mats soaked, etc.) Breakfast included local delicacies such as blackthroat seaperch, Kanazawa curry, and red bell pepper, which were delicious. If I could be greedy, I would have preferred a seafood bowl. The free ochazuke served at night was gentler on the stomach than the ramen🍜 served at other hotels, and the shaved puffer fish flakes and blackthroat seaperch broth were delicious. The wheat gluten rusks served in the afternoon were also very tasty. Honey is difficult to handle, so if there was a special spoon for honey, or something with grooves, guests might be able to handle it more neatly.

The hotel environment, public facilities, location, room hygiene, all aspects are very good. Thank you for the hotel's arrangement of a high-rise building with an open view. The sound insulation effect of the room is very good. There are independent packages for face wash and skin care in the lobby, which are provided for self-pickup during travel. The Ctrip website showed that there was a window but it could not be opened. When I asked the hotel, it was told that it was locked for security reasons. The same was true for other rooms, so I decided not to extend the stay after staying for 5 nights and transferred to another hotel.

Clean, good service, 10 minutes walk to Omi Town Market, so convenient

The lounge service was very extensive and I enjoyed just the hotel. The room was clean and very nice!

Location: Convenient transportation, just a few steps next to the bus station. The location is central and there are only a few stops to go anywhere. You can also walk to Omi Market and Korinbo. Room: quite big, clean, new and quiet. In the evening, there is tea, rice, happy hour wine and snacks in the lobby. Very cost-effective, recommended!

The location is good and there is a paid parking lot opposite the door. The person at the counter saw us taking our ********* passports They also say hello in Chinese and the service attitude is very friendly! There are also trial packs of toiletries and Sekkisei skin care products in the lobby on the first floor. Provided to tenants for self-use! The environment is very good, the price is very reasonable, and there are many scenic spots nearby, just walking distance. The hotel restaurant serves drinks for a long time. Breakfast is also good! ……….
