Hotel Crown Hills Kanazawa

I stayed with two friends in single rooms in separate rooms on a cheap tour with many senior participants. The location was very good, being able to walk to Kenrokuen Garden and Chaya District. It was a little set back from the main road so it was quiet. Also, the bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. This time, I was able to use travel assistance, but the tour conductor explained that many seniors have trouble using web coupons, so the hotel did their best to replace them with paper coupons. I can't complain too much because I stayed on a cheap tour, and I felt that the employees were doing their best despite the lack of staff, including the above, but I couldn't choose a non-smoking room. , I was bothered by the smell of resin (I had deodorant prepared, but it didn't work at all). Also, the carpet had burn marks in several places. The bedding was good, so I didn't have trouble sleeping, but I think I would have fallen asleep faster if there wasn't a smell that stung my nose. It can't be helped that the whole thing is old, and it was cleaned well, but I was surprised to find something like a straw stuck in the faucet of the washbasin. Apparently the pop-up faucet was broken, so they were holding it in place to keep it from closing. The bidet cannot be used on the heated toilet seat. Apparently the alarm clock in my friend's room was broken. There is a large public bath, but there is only one bath and men and women are alternated. Women are not allowed to use the service if they return late due to sightseeing as the time allocation gives priority to men. Only men can use the bath the next morning. The tour members were overwhelmingly female, but probably because there were other customers, there were no changes, and in fact, we never entered the venue even after two nights. I think it would have been better if they had made it clear from the beginning that women were not allowed to use the public bath, so I wouldn't have to have too many expectations. If you're relying on the large public bath and staying in a room other than a single, it might be quite difficult if the room has a unit bath. Breakfast had a good variety of side dishes, and it was good to be able to eat it with bread, soba, or rice. Speaking of my desires, I wanted yogurt, but since it's cheap, I can't say that. I think it's a great facility to buy a hotel and run it without renting out your room, where you can stay at a cheap rate, but I wish the management organization would have spent a little more money on the facilities. It may have turned into a smoking room, but unfortunately the overall lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I don't think I would use it at my own expense if it stays the way it is now.

I was surprised to find that it was conveniently located, had reasonable rates, and was equipped with the latest air conditioning. Breakfast was also good and abundant.

The hotel is proud of its large bath, which can accommodate up to 10 people.If the alarm clock in your room is broken, please call the front desk and order an alarm clock. However, if the watch you brought is also broken, please request it again. The ice machine in the hallway is broken, so please order before the front desk staff goes to bed or buy it at a nearby convenience store. Please be sure to wear a mask during breakfast, even when going to get a spoon. If someone is found without a mask, the employee running the restaurant will yell at you. Please be aware that if you complain to that person, he or she will yell at you and say, ``It's the fault of the person who isn't wearing a mask, so why is it wrong to be careful?'' with spittle coming out from the side of the mask. However, the staff member's stomach worms may not have subsided, and he appears in front of the couple who are putting away the dishes after a meal and insults them using the same words. It doesn't really feel like a hotel restaurant. Please be careful as this will ruin your enjoyable trip. The front desk staff apologized to the couple that morning, so it's all true.

１．宿泊したのは喫煙室でいまどき灰皿が置いてあり、消臭スプレーもあるが敏感な人にはすぐわかる。 ２．建物全体がとても古くてあちこちガタがきている。 例えば温水洗浄便座のスイッチが壊れていて座るとヒヤッとした。夏でもそうなのは、全館でエアコンをガンガンかけている為。あまりにも寒くて毛布を貸してもらったほど。 ３．一番に大浴場に入ったのに、シャンプーや化粧水などの容器がべトべトで汚れており気持ち悪かった。また、シャワーの勢いがなく、流すだけで時間がかかった。 ４．無料のコーヒーが置いてあるが、蓋をしないで部屋にもっていこうとすると「エレベーターにこぼされたら動かなくなるから」と注意をされた。とてもホテルマンから出た言葉とは思えない。 ５．連泊の人はそのコーヒーが飲めない。２日目の外出先から帰って来てコップに入れようとすると「そこに書かれている事をよく読んでください」と注意をされた。けち臭いし、何故事前に言わないのか不思議。 ６．小型の加湿器が借りられたので、水を入れようとしたらカビだらけですぐに返却をした。

ホテルのロケーションは良く、料金も安かった。ただ、HPの写真(朝食と大浴場)と、実際の写真のイメージは異なっており、がっかりした。フロントの男性の対応が良かったが、朝食会場の男性は感じが悪かった。

周りに店がいっぱいあるので便利でした。

部屋に入った時の匂いがきになりましたが、消臭スプレーが置いてあったので、それを使うと大丈夫でそた。エアコンは集中管理で温度調節が出来ず、少し暑かったです。朝食はバイキングが復活しており満足でした。

立地は香林坊をはじめ金沢城、２１世紀美術館などにも歩いて行けるなど恵まれている。「ヒルズ」というが、建っているのはむしろ谷間のような場所なのはご愛敬。基本的な設備は十分満足できる。ただし、狭い。団体ツアーで泊まったので、別に文句ないし、眠るだけだから問題はないのだが、狭い部屋にベッドを二つ詰め込んでいるので、枕の方向も９０度ずれている。たまたま一人で泊まったからいいが、荷物を広げるスペースはベッドの上だけ。奥のベッドには手前のベッドを越えていかなければならないほど。総合的には別になんの問題もなしということだけは付け加えておこう。
