In the morning, it is convenient to walk from Oyama Shrine to Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen Garden. Very good, there are many restaurants nearby. A taxi from Kanazawa Station is about 1,000 yen.

This was a lovely hotel with decent sized rooms - bigger than most in Japan. Our room had a little sitting area, which was quite nice. It was in a good location within walking distance of many sights. They had US-style washcloths, which we loved! There was decent shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom and a good number of towel bars and hooks, but the toilet paper was terrible – some of the worst we’ve encountered anywhere – a lot like tissue paper. They provide daily housekeeping service – another positive. The staff was very friendly, but there was not much English spoken amongst them. Breakfast was just OK, but was certainly sufficient. Overall, it was very nice and we’d stay again.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to tourist sites. Large rooms. Staff was helpful in making dinner reservations (a must if you hope to get in anywhere for dinner). Breakfast was a nice spread of Japanese and western.

We had a really great time. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location is amazing, close to many sights, shopping and restaurants. We also loved the decor of the hotel, very charming. The room was spacious and had a very nice bathroom. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kanazawa New Grand Premier. Our room was larger than expected, clean with comfy beds and excellent amenities. The location was close to shopping, the Kanazawa Castle, and restaurants. We were especially pleased with the breakfast, which had lots of Western as well as Japanese, choices including fresh fruit and yogurt (hard to come by elsewhere!) , attractively presented.

Nous avons couché une nuit dans cet hôtel qui a été choisi par les organisateurs d’un voyage de groupe. La chambre était grande mais elle était un peu étroite. Il y avait avec 2 lits. La grandeur de la salle de bain était correcte. Le wifi est très bien. Dans la chambre, les prises électriques étaient uniquement de type A avec deux fiches. Il n’y avait pas de prises de type B (trois fiches). Nous avons déjeuner à l’hôtel et c’était un buffet. Le contenu était peu adapté aux occidentaux. Il y avait beaucoup d’attente pour le remplissage de certains plats. Les prises électriques étaient de type A avec deux fiches. Il n’y avait pas de prises de type B (trois fiches).
