The staff provided excellent service. The hotel has ramps throughout, making it wheelchair accessible. There's a compact fitness center. The atmosphere is lovely, with great views and a cool breeze by the river bend – perfect for relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options; I particularly enjoyed the soy milk and noodles. They even have fresh pressed vegetable juice, which was fantastic! The towels were thick, soft, and large. The air conditioning was cool, and the bed was comfortable. Next to the hotel, there's a restaurant called Kirithara, which I really liked.

Clean room. You get one complimentary drink from the mini-fridge per person. Good breakfast. Located by the river with a nice atmosphere.

This is a really good hotel in terms of service; it was excellent. The staff were very attentive. However, the swimming pool and fitness facilities could use some improvement. The gym was very small, and the pool had a lot of flowers and leaves floating in it. The bathroom and bedroom were small, but more importantly, the bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, and the glass holder was positioned awkwardly, posing a risk of bumping into it. The hotel did address this, which was good. Overall, it was better value for money than I expected, and I would personally choose to stay here again. If they could just improve these few things, it would be perfect!

Great place, clean, and centrally located in town. It's close to the Bridge over the River Kwai, which you can reach by walking or using the hotel's bicycles. The staff are always ready to assist, and you can request extra drinking water in your room anytime. I really liked it!

The room was a bit too small and not very convenient. Breakfast was good. The view was nice. It was quiet.

I took my family to stay for one night. Mr. Songkran and Ms. Taow were very helpful and gave great recommendations for local attractions. If I visit Kanchanaburi again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable, with complete and well-maintained facilities, showing attention to detail everywhere. The staff were friendly and professional, responding quickly, which made the entire stay even more pleasant. Whether for a relaxing getaway or a short vacation, this place is highly recommended.
