Sheraton always kept their services top notch , friendly staff and cozy environment

Excellent stay with great staff that try to exceed the expectations of the customers. From the moment we walked in to the last second we got into the taxi every single staff member exceeded our expectations. A big shout out to the pool attendant that tried to enhance our fun time in the pool and the chef that made perfect fish for dinner for us. The whole team in the hotel made our journey memorable. Please enhance your facility by adding a sauna and steam room and you can become a truly 5 star hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Mahabalipuram. The property is located about 3 km from Mahabalipuram on the ECR towards Pondicherry, with a wide entrance that makes it impossible to miss. The resort is a large, beautifully maintained property surrounded by lush greenery. A lovely touch is that each tree is labeled, making it interesting to know what you’re actually looking at while walking around the campus. Though the reception area was quite busy during check-in, Abdul and Neha handled everything smoothly and efficiently, making the process quick and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to the restaurant team — despite the morning rush and my obvious impatience after waiting nearly 20 minutes for a table, Mr. Harshavardhan handled the situation calmly and professionally and arranged seating quickly. His friendly and composed approach really stood out. Ms. Bandana welcomed guests with a constant smile despite being extremely busy, and was always helpful. Mr. Gowtham ensured we chose the right dishes with excellent recommendations, and Ms. Prity was ever willing to make sure we were comfortable and happy at the table. The staff at the entrance were very polite, and the buggy drivers were equally courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate around 20 guests at a time. Indoor and outdoor activities like table tennis, chess, and badminton are available, though cycling is currently not operational. The only drawback is the absence of a private beach. Guests need to travel about 4–5 km to access a public beach, which can feel inconvenient since most visitors choose ECR stays primarily for beach access. Overall, it was a very good and comfortable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service from the team.

We had an absolutely stunning experience this time at 4 points Mahabalipuram. I want to call out some names who made this trip truly memorable. First, even before we reached the resort, I had a really warm and positive conversation with Mr. Mugundhan who helped me book the ideal room for us. Second, at the restaurant, we had a seamless check-in experience thanks to Ms. Aarathi. We had a delightful dinner and were helped by Mr. Srihari (I hope I got the name right) who was extremely thoughtful and friendly. During check-out, we had a hassle free experience thanks to Mr. Nithin. Ms. Piyali was also helpful during our stay there. As far as the property is concerned, it was in line with the expectation, super clean with a fantastic swimming pool. There was a small park for our toddler to spend some time as well. Over-all, this is definitely a property I'd love to come back to.

We liked the food very much. Chef Biswajit gave personal attention to our food preferences. He also offered cakes for our little baby girl. Felt welcomed. Thank you

Hotel is ideally located on the main road. Very very nice and quiet with lots of greenery, sounds of chirping birds.Nice clean and spacious rooms, Buggy service available if required to move around the property. Staff are very courteous, always smiling and ever willing to go out of the way to please you. Names of Dalia,Rashika,in the reception, Priety, Bandana, Prabhakaran in the restaurant immediately come to mind .of course there were others too including chefs Kundu and Ravi n Pradeep in House keeping. Breakfast buffet is lavish, Petals also serves good local fish curry.. Swimming pool was very clean but could have been deeper!!! Security at the gate and at the reception entrance are very polite and efficient. We had a most memorable 35th wedding anniversary stay. Thank You team 4 points by Sheraton.

It's a mini resort without beach or frills. An upscaled hotel with resort feel. Staff are v.friendly and rooms v.good. gym and swimming pool are good too. Dining is great, breakfast and meal buffet par excellence. Ms Bandana served v.well in diner so giving her mention. Abhyangar massage was my highlight. Rates are fairly priced so go for it.
