It's just another average beach resort ***** ECR. Not worth the price. Rooms were not clean enough. Bath tub was not cleaned well.

Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

Had a memorable stay at MGM!!! The moment you enter the resort, you'll feel that it's money well spent. The staff are very courteous, rooms are well appointed (thanks for the upgrade ), and the food was delicious too! Definitely coming back again!

Had a wonderful dinner ..nice environment and good food . Mrs.sujatha and other servants done a good job .. Crispy prawn and non veg platter are too good . Good music Wonder dessert. Need some fun game on table. Nice location Couple and friends can go

Stay was pleasant and Comfortable!! Friendly staffs and easy checkin !! Completely enjoyed!! The property was huge and beautiful.. family and kids can really enjoy and the swing pool was neat and clean ..Rooms was also hygiene!! Thanks MGM Resort for making my day special

I stayed at MGM Resort with my group from 11 to 12 Nov. 2024 and we were mesmerised by the overall experience. It’s a great beachfront resort with a beautiful swimming and many other activities. The highlight of our stay was mouthwatering food that we enjoyed at Sea Crest Restaurant and I wanted to specially thank Mr. Rajesh who is the Restaurant Manager for his great hospitality.

The MGM resort's banquet team was extremely helpful especially Prabhakaran and Srinivasan. They were not only proactive but really polite and professional. All the changes we asked for at the last minute was embraced with smiley faces with perfection. The support staff was superfast, like you get anything before asking. Smallest of things was taken care. Thank you team keep up the great work.

Great Resort, nice ambience, super food, beach, swimming pool and above all wonderful staff support with great hospitality especially to mention Mrs.Sujatha at the restaurant, a typical tamilian, very sincere in her job almost like your own sister taking care of u at the food table, which expresses her professional commitment towards her job.

Really poor service. Not worth the 30k. The rooms were fine and thats it. No other amenities were provided for Grand Suite. Food was mediocre at best. Some activities were demanding extra money even though they should've been included in the package. People didnt keep us informed about the complimentary snacks and buffet etc.

It's a very pleasant stay here with family and nice gesture at welcome. Must try one time experience at any age group. Food is not within the budget for most of the people though the quality of food is worth for it. Mingle with nature to destress yourself and a place to give family time!!

Breathtaking views and cozy spaces . Our stay was even more enjoyable with their scenic view, and relaxing lobby spaces * “our cottage was near the ocean …so peaceful.” The food - is a must try . Amazing quality and caters to every palate with a wide array of local and international cuisine . Every staff acknowledged our presence and made it even more enjoyable and comfortable every department staff were very prompt with their services rendered to us . Our family holiday was overall the most memorable one !!!
