Beautiful venue however few issues that put a sour note on the stay. TV didn't work. Spoke to staff who attempted to tune the tv then left and said it's fixed but wasn't. Later found out that it was the cleaner who tried to fix the tv. No cutlery in the rooms, only a stirrer for tea and coffee. Assuming they would prefer you to use the restaurant for all food and drink. Also not a quick walk late at night to try and source a spoon just to eat ice cream. Raised the issues with the resort via email and had a response 4 days later only when contacted via social media. Not overly happy with the response as they suggested we attempted to find other staff to help out. I agree with other reviews that the rooms are very outdated. Apparently they are upgrading some so hopefully soon all rooms will be beautiful. Disappointing first experience. Restaurant is beautiful though and the service there was exceptional. Would return for this, just not the accomodation.

We held our daughter's wedding at this wonderful venue. Everything from the food and beverage to the way the staff looked after our guests was simply amazing. "the best wedding ever" was expressed by our guests. Thank you to Brent and his team, special mention to Amelia, Alisha and Mario!!

The bathroom is old and slightly dirty. Decorative cushions on the bed were stained and dirty. Pictures on Instagram definitely make the rooms look nicer and newer than they are. Reception staff were lovely. The restaurant food was delicious. Overall a bit disappointing.

From check in to check out we had a fantastic time. Special shout-out to Teagan on the front desk for being so amazing - thank you! Big thanks also to wait/bar staff (Cameron, Mia and Joel) who looked after us so well and to Jackson for working so hard around the grounds and making sure we could enjoy the games room. Our room was great - from our surprise anniversary gift on arrival (such a lovely touch) to our comfy King bed. The food in the Lulu's restaurant was delicious as was the food and cocktails at Finns. What more could you want?! Finally, the styling (inside and out) of this hidden gem of a hotel makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto a Slim Aarons location shoot - we loved every bit of it. We will be back!!!

The rooms definitely need a refresh (rusted fridge, leaking shower and mould). The rooms could do with a table too. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is so much more that can be done to engage/entertain children in this beautiful space.

Whilst first impressions were wonderful the rooms were a let down . Travelled with 2 grand children 9 & 6. The newer sections of establishment were lovely but the rooms are very tired ( not like the picture used in adverts!) & not family friendly for an extended stay. No microwave, no toaster, no utensils re crockery / cutlery. no table to even make a sandwich on ( after I purchased plastic crockery & cutlery)....Very difficult when you are in an isolated area like this & kids are tired after big days & you cannot just get something quick & easy for a meal. Yes the restaurant was lovely but after a couple of days it is both too expensive & kids menu boring....you can only eat so much spaghetti bol & pizza. I guess the question is what is your target demographic? I understand the wedding market is extremely lucrative but if in holidays you are targeting the family then allowances need to be made at those times for a change. Kids club was good, pool area was lovely but rooms & unaccommodating chef let it down sadly.

The grounds are beautiful with a retro feel mixed with modern design elements. The pool was fantastic as were the spa and sauna. There were organised activities for kids during the school holidays though we didn't use them and also a games room with table tennis and a full and mini pool table. The bar was decent. No brekky though except for some brekky hamper thing which I feel is a bit of a pity. Rooms were fairly basic but neat. Mattresses were med firm and the beds were squeaky! Pillows were quite lumpy so this is definitely an area that needs improvement. The rooms also could use some decor and perhaps a side table under the TV with guest information etc. There just wasn't alot of space to put things on so these could definitely use some work. The overall experience was great but the rooms I feel lack the extra finesse that gives it a polished feel.

The perfect escape! So close to Sydney! We have stayed at the lodge twice this year! We love it! We first stayed the end of January for a relaxing weekend getaway!! We were blown away by the resort! Such beautiful interiors and amazing styling! Beautiful outside grounds surround by the hills and river. So beautiful to wake up to such calm surrounds. We had our 1 year old with us and loved the pool area and games room. So much grounds for her to explore and a lovely kids garden. The champagne garden is the perfect place for lunch and cocktails and there was live music on the Saturday we stayed there. We didn’t leave the resort for the weekend! We just soaked up the a**osphere and chilled! We stayed again in July. This time with some friends. We had such a great time sitting around the fire pits siping mulled wine. We ate in the stunning restaurant lulus both night. We had the Chris**as in July menu and the food was just incredible! Next morning we had a breakfast basket deliver to our door and had a cosy breakfast in bed then used the hot tub! This resort really has it all! Style, a**osphere, incredible food and cocktails and the most amazing staff and facilities!! I can’t rate it enough and we will definitely be going every year for both a summer and winter getaway!

Just WOW!!! We spent two night at the lodge in jamberoo and it was absolutely perfect. We at at lulus restaurant and the food was absolutely beautiful, the decor is out of the world, Stunning!!!! Cocktail in fins bar and in the beautiful cocktail garden while listening to live acoustic local artists was the best afternoon. The kids had space to play and the staff were amazingly helpful with all our requests. The breakfast basket is so generous and we snacked on the beautiful pastries and condiments with crusty bread all morning !!! Jamberoo is such a beautiful spot and so glad we discovered the lodge, we will be back with friends and family soon! Thanks for having us guys we loved every moment!!!
