IntercityHotel Kangding (Love Song Square) Hotel

I booked this hotel for a run, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Since I couldn't check out at the regular time due to the race, they kindly extended my checkout until 4:30 PM, which I really appreciate. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are also excellent.

The location is super convenient, really close to SOGO and Chingge Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is brand new and spotless. Plus, they have underground parking which is a huge bonus!

One of the best hotels in Kangding. The facilities are good and very clean. The environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. It's located right across from Liuliu City.

The room decor was very new, and all the facilities were complete, including an iron. They also gave us small gifts and fruit. The front desk staff were very warm and thoughtful, recommending local delicacies. Very satisfied.

Everything was great – clean, comfortable mattress, excellent soundproofing, and very new. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There's an underground parking lot, and the service was excellent too.

Our first stop in Ganzi was this hotel, and we were so lucky to have chosen it. The location is superb, and it has parking (which is so important in Kangding!). It's also super convenient for food and entertainment nearby. After dancing Guozhuang in the evening, it was just a few minutes' walk back to the hotel. The facilities and service were also excellent. My husband is a typical Virgo; he can't stand even a hint of smoke. He kept asking to switch rooms, then to have this or that delivered, and the front desk was incredibly patient and accommodating with all his requests. Especially the young lady, Tenzin Lhamo (青拥拉姆), her attitude was wonderful. She gave us detailed recommendations for local food and entertainment and even upgraded our room type. If we come back to Kangding, we will definitely choose this place again.

The room facilities were excellent, clean, minimalist, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and maintained the usual HUAZHU standard. The location is also great. Although parking was a bit difficult, there was staff available to help us find a spot.

Our overall stay was fantastic, truly a perfect experience! The hotel is just 100 meters from Liuliu City, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were impeccable, very tidy and comfortable. The room amenities were incredibly complete, everything you need for a daily stay was available, making it very convenient and thoughtful. The hotel also thoughtfully provided multiple bottles of complimentary mineral water, which was super practical. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with a great variety of meats, vegetables, desserts, and drinks, all tasting delicious and very satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and enthusiastic, check-in was efficient, and they even kindly gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended; we'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay!

This was the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels. The customer manager, in particular, was a huge help, even assisting me with printing. Not only is the hotel's environment great, but the location is too. It really felt like a home away from home.
