The facility could have great potential because it is well furnished but beyond that there are no positive aspects. The room is dirty to say the least with items left by other guests (see photo), hair, dust etc. The deluxe rooms overlook the main street full of trucks and it is impossible to sleep at night. Also in the common area there was noise and music until the early hours of the morning with no respect for the guests.The bathroom was also dirty, poorly lit and with the drains clogged.

This hotel has a lot of potential with comfy beds and a nice wooden decor, but at the moment it’s lacking cleanliness and maintenance. Rubbish was left on the floor between cupboards including a face mask from a previous guest. There was a huge clump of hair on the floor. The bathroom just needs a really good clean, the floor was black and slimy when it was wet. The cold tap didn’t work on the shower at all, but we were very grateful that the hot worked and we were able to wash quickly before it became too hot. There’s a heater and heated blankets which we appreciated. Also there’s pigeons living in the roof and they are so loud in the early morning.

The room has ******* characteristics, but it is old and the sanitary conditions are average. I chose this store because I was traveling with pets. Overall, it is OK. The old wooden stairs are noisy when walking on them. The store also took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. Thank you.

The hotel is located in Tagong Town, Kangding County, Sichuan Province, with an altitude of more than 3,700 meters. The hotel decoration has ******* characteristics. Accommodation and catering are handled on the 2nd floor. Accommodation is on the 3rd and 4th floors. The biggest problem is that there is no elevator. It is very strenuous to walk up a few steps at a high altitude. Fortunately, the service staff will help deliver our luggage to the room. The hotel's catering is called Satisfied Bamboo Skewer Beef, and the beef is yak beef. The milk is yak milk.

I will never stay here again, not much else to say. The room creaked when walking, and there was no internet. There were rice grains and vegetable leaves left by the previous guest in the washbasin in the bathroom...

It's very good. The room is also very big. It also has an electric blanket, which makes it warmer. The power was cut off for 2 hours at night, and the store even brought emergency lights.

Although the service attitude of the boss is very good, I still have to say that this is the worst place to sleep in Xiaohuan in Western Sichuan, because this B&B is right on the edge of the national highway, 0 distance away! Downstairs, heavy trucks drove past one after another all night long. The roar of their engines and the sound of horns from time to time kept them awake all night. The windows of the B&B are single-layer glass and wooden windows with large gaps and no sound insulation at all. After a day of traveling and being unable to sleep at night, think about what it feels like!

The front desk helped with the suitcases, which was good, but the facilities in the room were not good. There was no hot water all night. I contacted the boss to ask for a solution, but the boss said that you should find another place. Haha, this is awesome, and the tap water is extremely dirty. Experience Really bad

The room is near the street, which is quite convenient. The bathroom is big but the room is a bit small.

Very strong ******* style, you can see it from the windows and terrace, great scenery. But it’s a bit too cold this season.

The service was enthusiastic. My child was not feeling well, but they were busy taking care of us without any complaints!
