This hotel was not clean. Had the dirtiest swimming pool we've ever seen had hair floating everywhere and was a cloudy murky color. Sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty and the fridge had hair inside the door on the shelf. Obviously cleanliness isn't a priority for them.

The staff was great help! They helped us upgrade rooms and then we accidentally left a watch behind and they mailed it to us!

Overall it was a great experience. Food was good and i was glad the pool was open for my kids to enjoy. All staff were nice, even when checking in at 11pm.

I’m very impressed with the customer service. Everyone has been smiling and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic as well. I’ve had a very pleasant and memorable stay and would recommend others to stay here as well.

Hotel is half way between a "regular" hotel and an extended stay hotel (with a full kitchen). It is very clean.
Neighborhood-wise, it is "on the edge". That is, you walk one direction and it's nice, but if you go the other way the neighborhood gets rather shabby quickly.

Great place for a weekend getaway with 2 small kids. Indoor pool (small, but empty), breakfast buffet was great - tons of choices and delicious egg/sausage sandwiches, quiet hotel both from outside noise and other guests), convenient to walk to most restaurants (less than 10 minutes) and fun to take the streetcar. The room was perfect, bed pullout couch for kids. We drove and the parking was easy (underneath the hotel), and safe. $14/night but I would expect that in a city. Overall, would recommend for families and would definitely stay there again

Housekeeping at request only. Everything was as expected. No real complaints. Not the Taj. But was not bad. Would stay again. Very good if on a budget.

Property is aged. Bathtub did not drain. Limited breakfast. Unfriendly desk clerk and housekeeping. Very friendly breakfast staff. Quoted $12 for overnight parking and risk clerk told me it was now $14.
