Great place to stay and close enough to the interstate so you’re not driving around a lot. Lots of shops and food near by. The building and grounds feel new and clean. I was pulling an RV and there was plenty of room to park in the back parking lot. I went out (pretty late) to grab something out of the back of my truck and security rolled through the parking lot which made me feel like my belongings were safe overnight. The ONLY downside was that they were repainting and the smell was really strong on the first floor. We were stay on the 3rd floor and once you exited the elevator, the strong paint smell disbursed. The room was roomy and nice. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.

The pool wasn't available. Fire alarm went off & had to stay in the car because it was so cold. They handled it very well. The lady taking care of the breakfast area did a great job! Friendly etc. People at front desk polite & helpful.

Front desk representative was very nice. We got to our room and it was warm which was great because it was freezing out. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t have a clock in the room but other than that, everything was great.

I was charged twice for my room. They keep telling me one of the charges will fall off. We shall see. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No water pressure in the shower

Regular visitors here. We stay here 4-5 times a year. Always treat us wonderfully. I request a certain room for my disabled husband and it never fails that they take care of us. The staff is excellent and very pleasant and professional.

Overall hotel seems to be old. so, many things are getting rusted. Biggest issue was Bed. One bed was unusable to sleep.

Disappointed by this hotel. The pictures and prior reviews seemed hopeful but I will not be taking my family to this hotel again. The carpets/chairs were stained, the rooms lacked outlets and were not clean. Our refrigerator did not work and it was not replaced before our babies went to sleep so we just went without. There was also a washcloth hanging from over a vent in our “no smoking” room. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Did not know there was package deal for ENCHANT. Needs to be better advertised on site. Disappointed that pool and hot tub closed but great stay overall

I don't recommend this hotel. Specifically, the beds as they are very hard. Also, the TV's are very outdated and ours wouldn't even turn on. Luckily, we were just passing through and only stayed one night.
